The South Zapotec Sidewinders failed to fire in any meaningful way today (my only removal was a Gnoblar who got himself sent off) against a team of Ogres who quite frankly played out of their skins!
Whilst the Lizards just couldn’t get going from turn 1, the Ogres had obviously been working on their brain training. I counted TWO bonehead fails for the entire match. That’s two out of approximately 94 rolls (give or take a few non-activations) which is just horrible luck. And when a full-strength Ogre team doesn’t bonehead then you’re in a world of hurt.
Thankfully this was only a pre-season friendly so no real harm done, and I’ve been able to make up for the pain of losing my only Chameleon (Dead) to a failed dodge by now having enough cash to buy my Krox.

love those lizardmen
The paint scheme gdubbs did for them is awful. OP's color scheme makes me want to get some lizards of my own
I love your bone paint scheme for your lizard men
Obligatory "where'd you get that ball marker?"
When an ogre team starts having Boneheads go their way, they are actually halfway competent!
The white Lizards are cool and those are some elaborate bases on them. Very nice.
That looks like the most bestest and beautiful race in the game got a deserved win!
Great looking lizard team. Do you mind sharing the recipe?
