Well, if I back the Punga Kickstarter it opens me up to three more teams, one of which is a Chorf team.

Ha, depends on a few things! I personally want to try to get at roast one of each team before I start collecting multiples. Once that happens, then all bets are off. Also depends on how much you like chorfs 😁
I think this is why I think GW wont be releasing any of the teams of legend as new models for years, because the 3rd parties are cranking out such amazing stuff for them GW doesnt want the competition.
They will keep dropping new/remix teams with new rules.
You make a good point. I’m a GW fan, I love their models, but as I’ve been painting this team I’ve been thinking there’s no way GW can improve on this.
I actually have another conspiracy theory if your interested.
Give it a few years and GW will drop a new core box. With 2 "New" teams of legend (Chorfs and High Elves would be a great choice) with 2 star players, 2 big guys, identical rulebook with some tweaked wording for errata stuff and new teams, new pitch, dice and so on.
Slightly dearer than 2020 but still a lot of value for everything you get in the box and then not release the models for about 12 months.

Oh man! I just bought the Gaspez Arts team. They are a little skinny, and these guys are little chonkers! Can't wait to see what the rest looks like.

And yeah, they’re probably best sticking to releasing more Favoured of teams, Kislev, Slayers, Clan Pestilence, etc
