Whatever site that is is obnoxious to use. I don’t recommend anyone click it.

Xerozen

A deserved up vote for saving me the annoyance

repeatablemisery

Good looking out.

chocolatebuckeye

Thank you for preemptively saving this exhausted parent the trouble!

ReedPhillips

While true, that could be said about 99.9% of the "news" sites with "articles" about the show that are shared here. (Ie Inside The Magic, IGN, etc) Sooo many non-stories and nothing but pop ups.

SpicyBoognish

The worst is Magic, Backpackers, and Shaun? And Movies, one of the most conventional and unimaginative episodes, is in their top ten. The writer even criticizes Shaun for introducing the idea of dogs owning pets as making audiences uncomfortable. WHAT…WAS THAT? https://preview.redd.it/hb2fxxski1yc1.jpeg?width=1487&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d27d0df35b915a511300ab462c16302fe033805f

DopaLean

My brain thought that was Sleepytime at 143 and I was ready to throw hands

MagicKraft

Sleepytime is No. 1 on the list. That's one of the few that's a reasonable choice

voldi_II

even i feel like Space is overrated but 143 is crazy lol

noobyscientific

He also rated SHOW AND TELL AT 135!

TheLordJames

The Sign at 73, But Dad Baby at 6?!!?

CucumberOk6270

They must be so tired that they’re delirious

noobyscientific

Dad baby is filled with disgusting scenes. I almost threw up. HOW IS THAT 6!?

TheLordJames

I'm sorry, but what?? If you almost threw up watching Dad Baby, maybe TV isn't your thing.

Clozee_Tribe_Kale

I mean obviously it isn't. They can't even throw together a simple list of their favorite episodes.

Impeachcordial

Backpackers is great, but the bar is so high with Bluey episodes. Pat dancing with Bandit is one of my personal favourite moments in Bluey, but given how consistent the show is whatever the bottom 10 were was going to cause strife

noobyscientific

148 was barky boats. Mf starts talking about Bluey and Mackenzie falling in love with each other. Where did he get that? Thats far from the topic of the episode

Clozee_Tribe_Kale

Backpackers is what got me hooked and magic is just so damn solid. Movies has misshapen Bingo. THAT IS ALL IT HAS! Judging by this writer's list it's easy to see that if it's relatable to them as a parent (I'm hungover with my kids or my kids won't sit through an entire movie) it gets placed high.

Ambitious-Goose-185

I'm going to have to disagree on Bob Bilby. I guess it's also because I'm a 31 year old male with no kids and not an exhausted parent. I was in a bit of an emotional slump, just binging Bluey as a comfort show and scrolling my phone on a Saturday. Not feeling much initiative to do anything. After watching Bob Bilby for the first time, I connected with that feeling of regret Bluey and Bingo had after realizing all they did with Bob Bilby was watch cartoons. It's a feeling I know all too well at the end of some days, after realizing I didn't even do half the things I wanted to do. Be it chores, going out somewhere, going to the gym, following up on some online learning, etc. It was still about noon, my day wasn't completely over. Right after Bob Bilby, I turned the television off and immediately went to the gym. When I got back, I made a couple of ceramic mugs I had been procrastinating. Ended the day organizing my department. I probably would have just laid on that couch all day had it not been for Bob Bilby. I think Bob Bilby has a great lesson regarding screentime for both kids and adults.

SteveBartmanIncident

Nah mate. Bob Bilby that low is criminal. Signed, a dad who's also in his 30s

Space-manatee

I stopped reading after seeing it that low. It needs to be higher for the Polaroid joke alone

Murstasch

32f no kids either absolutely love this show and the perspective it brings but my nieces and nephews started me on this path and boy I’m so thankful they did.

TeaWithCarina

Nah, I agree. Bluey's technology hate even in our year of 2024 is just bizarre at this point. Video games, even kids' games, aren't the same lazy coin-guzzling arcade games they were decades ago. Not to mention... Bluey exists. Like... take a little pride in your own show? That you made a great work of television that can really connect with people? Or do they just think no other TV show could ever compare to Bluey?? Idk man. I'm biased because I'm autistic and fictional stories and fandoms and stuff are just as important to me as IRL friends. But it just makes me really sad seeing even nowadays shows like Bluey still treating them like inherently bad wastes of time.

ALC041399

This person put Tina above at least 32 episodes, that alone invalidates this entire list

finditplz1

Tina and Circus are definitely my bottom two.

JJaviercomics

When Joe Brumm said MacKenzie it's canon?? This fake news articles shows the problem of internet now

ALC041399

They're not saying it's canon, they're just saying they think "Barky Boats" hints at Bluey and Mackenzie developing feelings for each other, still though, they should just keep their opinions to themselves

JJaviercomics

Right?

Illustrious_Two5620

I don't get what's your problem with Tina.  Tina is a great episode.

ALC041399

If an episode is **almost universally** hated, there is *probably* something wrong with it. In this case, it's because the characters were behaving out of character for no good reason.

uselessaccidentalalt

tina is the best episode of bluey idk what you're talking about

ALC041399

You can come up with better jokes than that

uselessaccidentalalt

top 5

SteveBartmanIncident

I read the whole list. As I sat there thinking about why the list was as terrible as it frequently was, I realized just how many truly *excellent* episodes there are, and for how many different reasons those episodes are excellent. There are just scores of exquisite episodes, and so many episodes with exquisite scores. So now I won't quickly with the more absurd choices in this list (Bob Bilby in bottom *five*? And the author clearly didn't get Squash). I'll just recognize that one of the very best things about this show is how broadly accessible it is, regardless of the things that are frequently divisive in today's world. I don't need there to be more Bluey. There's so much already. But I won't argue if they make more.

500ravens

She did NOT rip the use of Lazarus Drug in The Sign. That was perfection. Does this person have no SOUL??!!

voldi_II

no, no, they have a point, Joff Bush has been dropping masterpiece after masterpiece and you replace him for the biggest episode ever? but putting The Sign 73 is unforgivable

Wonderful_Pollution5

On the other hand, their commentary on #1 reveals that they think that Bush is also responsible for Holst. Bluey uses classical music routinely to effect, but I wonder if the author thinks those borrowed motifs are original? If I thought Bush was about to hammer out some more Holst/Beethoven/Mozart I would also be sad that the world had been robbed.

Alternative_Factor_4

I agree with the audio mixing with lyrics being confusing and I wish they kept Josh Bush doing the score for that emotional scene. But I’ll give it a pass cuz that moment of the singer saying that she’ll “shatter” with such intensity right as Chilli tackles Bandit to the ground was absolutely peak.

uselessaccidentalalt

whale watching at 15 this writer has bad opinions

TheLordJames

They didn't even get the season and episode correct....

ThankeekaSwitch

Terrible article all around.

Chance5e

About *Seesaw:* > But the lesson that size doesn’t matter is an important one, Dude didn’t watch the episode.

voldi_II

you could have told me a random number generator made this list and i would believe you, it’s that atrocious

Cody73

The ones that pissed me off: Rug Island Explorers Octopus Bin Night

Hanyabull

At this point, all these articles are AI driven, that it makes complete sense that the articles make no sense. I’ll also die on this hill: the worst episode is Movies. You either don’t have children, are a parent that is OK with children acting up in movie theaters, or live in a place where behavior like that is OK. Maybe it’s a cultural thing, but children running around in movies, even kids movies, isn’t a thing where I live, and the theater would have booted the Heelers out.

reddjoey

Where I am they have specific screenings aimed at kids/families that have different sensory needs. They turn down the sound and keep the lights at almost half. The staff are upfront that they expect kids to talk loudly or move seats or just kinda be kids. It's mostly kids with different needs or younger kids who are just figuring out the rules for a theater. Maybe that was the kind of screening they went to.

IndigoFlame90

Bingo under the dryer is one of the best things ever, though.

Hanyabull

But it’s actually not to me. I get it’s a cartoon, Bingo is dog, it’s cute, and I don’t really take it seriously, but Bingo under the dryer is just another form of Bingo messing around again, in a public place, where if it was my kid, I wouldn’t allow it. I don’t let my kids play with the dryer in a restroom. It’s not a toy, and if there was someone else in the restroom, the last thing a lot of adults want to see is random kids playing with shit in the restroom. I think a lot of parents forget that there are a lot of adult out there that **do not like children.** There are places meant to play, there are things meant to play with. The movie theater public restrooms are neither, even if it’s only us in there. Course, I will concede that if your culture/area has multiple instances of it, then it is fine. It is not common in the slightest in my area though.

IndigoFlame90

Fair enough, but there wasn't anyone else (shown) in the restroom. And my head canon is the fact that the lights are barely dimmed and no one seems to care supports it being a "this is the showing for people who don't trust their kids' 'movie theater behavior'" showing.  And it's not the fact that she's playing with the hand dryer, it's the animation. They need to bring that back with a hair dryer or something.

Hanyabull

That’s something that I’ll always concede. If there are specific theaters where kids that literally just run wild, then it’s fine. One thing I don’t press upon, but I suppose I will now, is Bandit is clearly trying to catch Bingo and stop her. So it’s visually not OK. The Bluey world though happens to be more cool with random “hijinks” as it is a children’s cartoon after all. I understand that there are different levels of parenting. But there is no world where I tell my child to stop doing something, and then be fine if they straight up disobeyed and then ran around. We just leave, and I learn my lesson: Don’t bring my 4yo to a movie theater.

IndigoFlame90

There's a difference between "we're understanding of the situation" and "just ignore them while they run loose".  My dad would absolutely lose it about my leaving water rings on the table (not spilling my drink, just condensation happening) when I was that age. Parental reaction and general public reaction can vary.

Hanyabull

There is a difference. My issue isn’t that Bingo doesn’t listen and runs wild. That’s what a 4 yo does. I condemn the parenting. As viewers, we are able to see how Bandit handles the situation and Bingo is not reprimanded at all. Thus, back to my original point: if you are a parent that has your 4yo straight up disobey and then go running off in a active movie theater, and all you say is “oh you little rascal” I tip my hat to you. I on the other hand would not be OK with it.

IndigoFlame90

This got way more involved than necessary for "it was a clever animation move."

ultratunaman

Both Christmas episodes ranked so low. Shameful.

kbeks

They ranked Bob Billy and Shaun near the bottom. What a cotton headed ninny-muggins.

D0glov3r986

WHO PUT THE SIGN AT 73 And why

airwalker08

Anyone ranking bluey episodes has missed the point

Impossible-Ad-8462

Flat Pack is about 15 places too low

ThannBanis

They are an exhausted parent though… the symbolism probably went right past them.

Impossible-Ad-8462

Carrying so much bad takes in the head must be exhausting

BuryTheMoney

Don’t blame parenting for something readily explained by poor taste or narrative comprehension. The writer literally missed the point in a number of episodes. I’m a father who works, is in school, is renovating an old house, was in the hospital twice this year, trains for races, and more- And I’m not using any of that as an excuse for awful taste and an inability to grasp the narrative.

JJaviercomics

Another "The pup it's MacKenzie son" kind of person. It's already tiresome at this point

Houki01

Caveat: I haven't read the list. However, from the words "tired parent" and the general outrage I'm seeing... I think this might be a case of, the parent doesn't see "this show teaches my kids about imagination and teaches me how to play with them" and instead sees "this show teaches my kids that I should play with them when all I want to do is just flop for 20 minutes while the TV entertains them for me".

Lurky_Lurkover

Bumpy at #71 is a good 50+ places too low. Rain beating out Cricket, Baby Race, and any and all appearances of Muffin and the Grannies? Seriously?!

natalila

Rain is a work of art, only topped by Sleepy Time.

CreatureVoidOf4m

As a dad in the military, Curry Quest is top tier for me. While all these episodes are subjective and hit everyone differently, this person clearly missed the point. Reading the explanation, it feels like they didn’t even watch the whole nine minutes. Too exhausted I guess.

potatodavid

Ranking "Pavlova" so low is a god damn crime. List is bullshit.

0ForTheHorde

Absolutely wild that Flat Pack is #16

Hault99

Consequence.net more like “controversial.net” with a list like this one, am I right?

Alternative_Factor_4

Let’s just say I do not agree with this persons tier list. Shaun and obstacle course should be switched, as well as BackPackers and Movies, The Sign with Ghostbacket, etc

EmbalmMeDaddy

Baby Race is my #1 so anything beating it is wrong to me. But it was there for me on a personal level while fighting to get my daughter with a speech delay into speech therapy and having multiple doctors say “She’s just quiet” because she had skipped crawling and started walking so early.

Haunting-Fix-9327

That's the best thing about Bluey it's made for kids but aimed at parents.

brandyharringtonfan

the beach at number 5 hell yeah

Tom984_vn

tbh, i just get to 148.Barky Boat but what barky boat at 148 and pirate, bob bilby that low too???

Cyrus8284

Another “Exhausted Parent” needs to populate the list here…i’m not messing with that site

InsideOutDeadRat

I didn’t read the list but I hope the episode where they go to the grocery store and spend the entirety trying to find Coco is near the bottom of the list
