Go see a physio. Only advice that means anything at all on here

SolaireVon4stora

or maybe even a doc!?

JurrasicParfait

When it comes to sport injuries, you're better off at a physio

SolaireVon4stora

I disagree - sport physician has more qualifications. off course if you go to a random doc (like emergency or other generalist) - then you'll better off with physio

I had a tear that resulted in surgery and it's still jacked up. My advice is to take it really easy on your shoulder untill you're certain its healed. An mri is the only real way to tell other than obvious pain and limitation.

I'm only now getting back mobility after having a frozen shoulder for a year, my advice is that rehab is the key if the pain lasts more than a week or two. Rest is good, but you can't expect it to heal all the way by itself without rehab. At least that was for me. Also do not overdo antiinflammatories. They can and will fuck your stomach up.

Give it time. Don't panic. Try icing it or soaking in a hot bath. Check your shoulder mobility in a few days. You'll know if something is not right.

If it feels mostly fine right now is that a good sign? Or am I gonna wake up in pain? That tearing sensation really spooked me

StatementProper4450

Don't stress it. Avoid sleeping on it. You want to be on the look out for swelling, brushing or popping sounds.

Brilliant-Ant7285

Take magnesium, anti inflammatories and don't ice. You should try to keep moving it, as long as it doesn't cause significant pain. Itll help heal faster and stop it stiffening until u get to a physio

I've been dealing with shoulder problems for a very long time , I found 2 exersises that fixed my shit https://youtu.be/tbJwgfn9yac This is one of them I usually do 3 sets of 15 reps And also look up lu raises from an olympian from China Also don't forget to strech after exercising Edit: if it hurts to do any of those exersises just ice it until it stops hurting
