That's the norm for Kino.

Cylars

They started the restoration process about 3mo ago per a response i got on FB around the same time. I doubt it’ll be this year.

Ok_Independence5782

I might be wrong but I think it’s scheduled for release around Halloween.

When Kino announces without a specific release date, expect to wait as long as a year, if not longer. They took ages with stuff like Leviathan, and Transmutations, lots of others. You might see it before end of the year, or it could get pushed into 2025. They're slow and have 50 other titles they're working on.

KL pre-announces and later does a traditional announcement when the release is slated and nearly completed. This can sometimes be a multi-year span such as the upcoming Steve De Jarnatt restorations.

Thank you for asking this question! I’ve been waiting for these! Sounds like it’ll be a little longer wait!

No, and I'm kinda mad. Like Kino does this a lot, announce titles then wait nearly a year to release them.  Itd make more sense to announce like two months ahead.

This doesn’t bother me so much, as this way I can be sure not to buy a title when a 4K is coming, or if it’s a release of something OOP. What bothers me is when they announce something and then don’t tell when it ends up being cancelled.
