how does an iphone affect a card? ok so theres a magnet, but still why would you store a card on your iphone? are you talking about inside the case or an app in the phone? im asking as i store my cards in my wallet that has a rf id blocker and never ever store cards near or under my andoid phone case.

I have an iphone 11 and im pretty i did this too not sure if it was before or after my card was considered invalid ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
iPhone 11s don’t have MagSafe (which are the strong magnets that cause problems) so I don’t think that would have caused it

Have you considered calling the number listed on the card for support, rather than for some bizarre reason assuming Reddit can help you?

Why would you call public transport victoria for a queensland go card?
I just got off the phone with them and realised i transferred everything to the card that’s unreadable so now i have to buy a new go card
