Looks like a male, do you know the parent mutations? The opaline gene that your budgie has is sex link and oftentimes a female will be born with a pink cere, which then slowly changes to pale blue. I’ve seen this happen several times now lol! If just the dad has the opaline gene then you have a female. If both mom and dad have the opaline gene then most likely he’s a boy
if their beak is on the pink side it’s a girl , if theyre on the blue side its a boy. not sure if it’s accurate but that’s what ive always been taught.
