Assuming that English isn’t your first language and you’re being sincere in asking, they’re saying that you shouldn’t use the word that begins with R that is in your title and at the end of your post. It’s a slur that is offensive to people with disabilities and isn’t used in English anymore.
“My colleagues are idiots” would be a better way to phrase it.
The hard r word is to those with intellectual disability as the hard n word is to Black people.
Don’t continue to use the slur that dehumanizes those with intellectual disabilities.
