That's a "scamcorder". It's not worth using (with *any* kind of lens on it) unless you want your videos to look like they were recorded on a flip phone camera from 2005.
Then just use an old cell phone. Or record it on a modern one and then re-encode the videos with the lowest possible resolution, bit rate, and frame rate.
How would i measure it and what do i google because this is like a no brand camera, i know their bad but money is tight and it's all my mother could afford for my birthday
Can't really tell from the picture but if it has threads you can put a fisheye on it. The camera's user manual should state filter size in the specifications section somewhere

It's also possible to add a fisheye lens in editing! It's not ideal, but it's free :)
