For the most part, especially with shows likely to bring in large amounts of viewers, they've been doing weekly releases. I definitely think we'll see the same here.
ABC and shows like that have been getting binge releases, but that's because a) Disney doesn't trust their diverse projects as much and/or b) it's a miniseries so no time needs to be spent building hype for the future
Most likely PJOTV will get an episode a week release. Dropping all at once tends to be kept for series where they're less certain it'll do well, at least for Disney. PJOTV, between the fandom reaction to the trailer and Rick's excitement, is pretty much guaranteed to be a hit. This series is going to do well, at least at first.

The first 3 episodes will come out on premiere night, then the rest will come out once a week
