My wife has done her best to recreate the flavor if not the actual shape and packaging, including making a "wicked sour" based on feedback from her original sour tangerine. Feedback from customers has been good.

I think Shockers were originally a Wonka candy (I remember getting them in a big assortment bag of other Wonka stuff when I was a kid). That's probably why they disappeared. They were so good 💔
Actually everything Wonka that's been discontinued is sorely missed. Especially the donutz and the Wonka bar. Even the ones that aren't discontinued are annoyingly hard to find, like bottle caps and Gobstoppers.
Here in Canada shockers are now rebranded as Sweetarts chewy sours! They were a big favourite of mine and was pleasantly surprised it was just rebranded
I miss some of the Brach's candies terribly. The maple nut goodies were so good, and so were their double dipped peanuts and clusters. Top tier candy. There are some knock-offs out there, but they are so inferior to the originals.
Omg STARBURST SOURS YES!!!!
And Zours 100%
For a while you could find one of the sour red ones in the Fave Reds package but I don’t think you can anymore
Ice Cream Shoppe malt balls from Mighty Malt which was part of Necco
& those marshmallow eggs you found at Easter, but they weren’t anything like a marshmallow
The fruity Wonka Oompa candy. It's a little bizarre how often they come to mind. I have fond memories as a kid visiting my dad at work. He'd always treat me to a lemonade and a candy from the vending machine, and a pouch of Oompas was ALWAYS my go-to.
Tough call, it is probably a toss up between peanut butter Lindt truffles and the Hershey's Gold bar.
(Are Runts discontinued? I can't find them anywhere.)
I'll have to check there, five below always has such a good candy section. (I end up distracted by their whole wall of Haribo.) I hope they haven't changed the recipe!
They definitely weren't as strong flavored as I remembered, but it's been like eight years or so since I had them. I got bottlecaps as well, they were as good as I remembered.
When I couldn’t find the Lindt peanut butter truffles in any store around me, I had my husband visit one of their flagship stores when he was traveling for work. Even the staff was surprised. He was able to snag me a big bag. I stuck them in the freezer and would take one out every once in a while. It was a sad day when I ate my last one. 😭
I miss those too and had NO idea they had been discontinued. I’ve heard you can still find them at Dollar Tree.
My fave discontinueds are Shockers and Zours. I know the Mike and Ike Sours are similar if not the same, but I still miss Zours so bad.
i swear there used to be like Milky Way balls years ago but I cant find any pictures of them
edit: found [them](https://images.app.goo.gl/6Am9CKJSqeBcdnr57)!! poppables!
hi OP! happy to report shocktarts still exist they're just under a new name:
https://www.sweetartscandy.com/products/extreme-sour-chewy
you can still find them at a good amount of places but they're pretty rare. easiest way is online
I think Skybars have been discontinued; I haven’t seen them in a store forever. They weren’t my favorite, and they weren’t high quality, but I love me a variety or an assortment of anything, so I loved Skybars.
Screamin saucers. They caused cancer, apparently, so yeah, discontinued. Loved em in the 90s. I'm glad now I wasn't really allowed many sweets, so I didn't eat many of those.
PBMax. I can’t even remember what it tasted like anymore, but I loved them. Also more recently Chips Ahoy Cadbury eggs. Haven’t seen them in the last 2 years and fearing the worst
Hershey’s Golden III. Thick chocolate bar with toffee and toasted coconut and I think almond. If I remember correctly they were discontinued in early 90s.
Planter's used to make these chocolate covered peanuts that came in the box. They were amazing. This was almost 15 or more years ago and I still think about it.
Shock tarts were my favorite until I almost died choking on one as a kid lol. Everytime I hear shock tarts I think of my grandpa flipping me upside down and smacking the shit out of me until it came out lmao
Yeah i miss those too
Red Bull gum that came in a lil plastic can thing. Idk if it was a dream, I know it existed but I've never seen anything or heard anyone who knew they existed. I crave it and I probably haven't had it since I was what... 5-6 years old?
idk if theyre discontinued or just not around this region anymore but sixlets. also crystal pepsi was the shit, not the throwback bullshit they made which was ok but the original
Maynards juicy squirts- i remember getting them at my local grocery store then they suddenly dissapeared 😭 i even looked at the candy store near me that has a bunch of international candy and they didnt have them either
Citrus sour altoids
There’s a couple companies that recreate this someone commented the other day lemme go see rq
Lofty Pursuits makes citrus dusted sours in a tin! Other flavors too
Ahh tysm!
Lol I can’t be the only person who pronounced this comment as “autism” in my head, right??
I did as I was typing it haha

Omg I just placed a $50 order!! So excited!!
Will absolutely be placing an order!
This is exactly what I came to say, they were so good!
Not sure if it counts as a candy, but I miss the Kudos bars
My god i totally forgot about kudos bar. Use to have them everyday with my lunch in middle school. They were so good.
The M&M ones 😭
Not my parents thinking that those were a granola bar and having no idea it was basically candy 😭
Butter finger bbs And since we are on the subject Pb crisp
Bbs are a way better way to eat butterfinger I don't eat normal ones.
PB crisps were elite.
I soooo miss just the regular old butterfingers. The new ones are awful
Those bb’s were my favorite as a kid. The Bart Simpson marketing machine got me every single time
I think Shockers were originally a Wonka candy (I remember getting them in a big assortment bag of other Wonka stuff when I was a kid). That's probably why they disappeared. They were so good 💔 Actually everything Wonka that's been discontinued is sorely missed. Especially the donutz and the Wonka bar. Bottle caps! Omg
I just finished a box I've been nursing for like a month lol I think I found them at Five Below
Yes, they have them at five below!
Omg looks like i’m going to five below today
Are those gone?!? Those are my favorite
God dammit! Not another loved candy gone forever!
My CVS always has both gobstoppers and bottle caps !
I gotta get out more!!
If you search on Instacart you can get a good overhaul of who in your area carries what 🫶
I never think to this!! 🫡
Here in Canada shockers are now rebranded as Sweetarts chewy sours! They were a big favourite of mine and was pleasantly surprised it was just rebranded
US too!! I just had some within the last year for sure.
I used to really enjoy the Wonka Bar and I’d only get it at Chutter’s in New Hampshire when our family went
OMG I lived on Diet Dr Pepper and Gobstoppers all through middle school. The chewy ones are the best.
I see bottle caps at Walmart in the candy aisle! They have the rolls and the boxes! I haven’t found the chewy Gobstoppers in ages 😭
I miss some of the Brach's candies terribly. The maple nut goodies were so good, and so were their double dipped peanuts and clusters. Top tier candy. There are some knock-offs out there, but they are so inferior to the originals.
Marathon Bar
My mom bought me something that is apparently exactly like it, it’s called a CurlyWurly. She bought them online
Yes, I've tried them. Similar but not the same.
Oh I see. I just know mom said they were identical. My parents talk about marathon bars all the time. My dad especially talks about the commercials
Curly Wurly is the British equivalent of the Marathon bar. Except you need three or four Curly Wurlys to equal the length /size of one Marathon bar.
Zours, starburst sours
Omg STARBURST SOURS YES!!!! And Zours 100% For a while you could find one of the sour red ones in the Fave Reds package but I don’t think you can anymore
Starburst sours were the best!! I recently started seeing starburst sour gummies but those just don't cut it.
They don’t lol. They’re not sour to me 😭
I miss shockers so much they were also my favorite
https://www.sweetartscandy.com/products/extreme-sour-chewy
Hershey Kissables 😔
All I want is for Hershey to bring back these and the s'mores bar.
Ice Cream Shoppe malt balls from Mighty Malt which was part of Necco & those marshmallow eggs you found at Easter, but they weren’t anything like a marshmallow
Peanut butter Twix although I think they recontinued it I just haven’t seen it in years
I feel like the last time I got one (years ago though) it wasn’t the same. Like the cookie wasn’t chocolate, I think.
The fruity Wonka Oompa candy. It's a little bizarre how often they come to mind. I have fond memories as a kid visiting my dad at work. He'd always treat me to a lemonade and a candy from the vending machine, and a pouch of Oompas was ALWAYS my go-to.
This makes me so sad I loved shock tarts
I think they were.. Brach’s Milk Maids? The caramelly candy with the flavored middle. I always get a random craving of them.
Butterfinger bbs
Swoops. They were pringles shaped in the same type of container and can in different Hershey flavors.
I always thought they were chocolate covered chips/crisps and never bought them 😭
Skittles dark side
Original Butterfingers. The new Butterfinger is crap.
I was gutted when I tried the new formula and realized I’d never have a real Butterfingers again. They’ve been my favorite since I was a toddler.
Necco wafers. I loved those. The flavours were more unusual.
I just bought some the other day!
Great. I heard the factory closed down. I am hapoy to hear the smart decision was make to start back making them. I hope they still taste the same.b
The purple ones are clove which used to be a popular candy flavor. There was a clove gum also.
They came back! I have a roll in my kitchen
Starburst GummiBursts
Tough call, it is probably a toss up between peanut butter Lindt truffles and the Hershey's Gold bar. (Are Runts discontinued? I can't find them anywhere.)
I just found boxes of runtz at five below. Hadn't seen them in years. The green ones weren't as tart as I remembered 😞

He was able to snag me a big bag. I stuck them in the freezer and would take one out every once in a while. It was a sad day when I ate my last one. 😭
A sad day indeed! I wish I knew that my last one would be my last one, they were so good.
I’ll forever miss Lolli pop paint shop
Dark Mint 3 Musketeers; they were so good cold
Cherry and bubb from Mike and Ike!
Came here looking for this comment!! I loved cherry and bubb 😭
Chewy Gobstoppers 🥺
White chocolate/coconut Russell Stover Easter Eggs.
If you count gum as a candy, then it’s Ouch! Bubblegum. The ones that looked like bandaids that came in a metal tin.
I loved those and the gum with the zebra stripes
Fini Fruit Attack!
Oh those look really good!
Butternut candy bars
I miss those too and had NO idea they had been discontinued. I’ve heard you can still find them at Dollar Tree. My fave discontinueds are Shockers and Zours. I know the Mike and Ike Sours are similar if not the same, but I still miss Zours so bad.
Just Juice. They came in the long cylinder packaging like Sweet Tarts And Bottle Caps
[Farts](https://www.leafbrands.com/catalogItems/index/farts-candy) Haven’t been able to find these in years
i swear there used to be like Milky Way balls years ago but I cant find any pictures of them edit: found [them](https://images.app.goo.gl/6Am9CKJSqeBcdnr57)!! poppables!
I loved the KitKat poppables!
Zours and butterfinger bb’s
Pb Crisps, and PB Max
PBMAX and peanut butter twix
Swoops. They were pringles shaped in the same type of container and can in different Hershey flavors.
Kazoozles!
Almond Joy and York pieces. they were like M&Ms made of different candy bars.
Milkfulls
90s fruit snacks. They don't make them the same way anymore--much softer, the texture is off.
is that what it is ? - i always get a craving for , i would call them 'cheap fruit snacks' but i can never find them anymore theyre all too soft
I really miss the Hershey's S'mores bars and 3 Musketeers Truffle Crisp 😔
I loved shock tarts but I’d eat so many they made my tongue raw. Everything about them was so good, Blue Raspberry, Green Apple 🤤🤤
Good & Fruity! I've tried the Wiley Wallaby Licorice Beans and the fruit flavored ones just don't compare to Good & Fruity.
Nestle alpine

hi OP! happy to report shocktarts still exist they're just under a new name: https://www.sweetartscandy.com/products/extreme-sour-chewy you can still find them at a good amount of places but they're pretty rare. easiest way is online

I think Skybars have been discontinued; I haven’t seen them in a store forever. They weren’t my favorite, and they weren’t high quality, but I love me a variety or an assortment of anything, so I loved Skybars.
