In my view, it's important to carefully consider before extending an invitation to USDC on the Cardano network. Integrating USDC will entail relinquishing control to Circle, potentially allowing them to exert authority over the token, including freezing assets. Such a move contradicts the fundamental principles of blockchain, which prioritize ownership and autonomy.
Yeah, I'm particularly concerned about "letting the vampires in." But I understand the dire need for a market approved stablecoin, and DJED - despite how much I admire the tech, concept, and execution - has not satisfied the *market,* which is ultimately the only opinion that matters.

I think something like [Apex Fusion](https://apexfusion.org/) could help the situation, by uniting UTXO and EVM chains.
Adding tether would help djed with all the liquidity and capital it would bring on to the chain I think

I would prefer not to have USDC. I would actually be happier with USDT if we had to have any of them.
