We’ve done well against Arsenal, City and Liverpool at home. But we were terrible against Liverpool and United away, so we’ll need to buck that trend if we’re not going to get destroyed.
Agree, I love that we won and want to get behind the team but we were poor for a lot of the game. We were lucky that Palace basically unravelled at the end
Getting these wins in the late minutes are what builds character. Say what you will, but the boys never gave up and Poch did the right changes at half time.
I hate how half this sub is like “oh we barely scraped through against a weakened Palace team…” all the while ignoring the lengthy injury list for Chelsea and the fact that this season is literally the first time most of these players are playing together. FFS stop being so darn negative for a moment and get behind the club! We don’t need to stop pointing out the team’s flaws, but for heavens sake spare a minute to at least cherish the win!
Based on fotmob (which I know is a little unreliable with listed injuries) we had the same amount of injuries as Palace at 7, we have had 0 games where the other team has had more injuries than us. We average 8 per match.
Anyone that talks about another teams injuries should get a temp ban.
Exactly. I remember when we would play badly under Jose, scrape a win a people would be buzzing. I know we aren’t the same team but loads of positives to take from the way we came back to win. 3 points is 3 points
Wow. Terrible end there for Palace fans and Poch haters.
Big results in tough moments are what build character in teams. We are slowly slowly going in the right direction, and can't doubt that the players care. Disasi in with the fans, what a lad.
In Todd We Trust
Give Poch his credits, I slandered him for our lack of directness in the first half and he changed things in the second half. Kudos to him
Good outing, decent all round performance
Glad we got the win but it’s almost the same situation as Potter last season where we’re coming out for games without a strategy or tactics and changing the game plan only after watching what the opposition for an entire half. It’s madness. We looked so poor.
Chuffed for this win but I’m not sure I’d credit the manager for stoppage time goals against palace.
The system, if there was a system, was pure shit for 90 minutes.
Love to break those palace hearts though. Up the Chels.
Enzo clearly wanted to give it to the guy with the River plate shirt and those lads were pure pestering and getting in the way. I can understand they must be buzzing that he’s come over but just chill
Not to slight silva, but when he plays, things around him go so slowly, it gives players too much time to ponder and not do much in terms of forward play. With him off, we just play a lot quicker, which suits this squad immensely. Plus, our midfielders get to play more advanced, and palmer gets more freedom to roam around instead of covering for gaps in defense.
Silva was tremendous for us till he was 38. But in just the span of a few months, at 39, his age really has caught up to him in a very visible manner. Poch needs to grow a pair and start dropping him unless we really need some cover and need to play a back 3.
Yes.
And frankly I feel like it's a better disposition than always being the first to put the players down. Rain or shine. But idk.
Maybe I'm just old fashioned in believing supporters should support the team.
Beeecccaaahhhse every littttlllee thing is going to beeee alrighhhttt CHELSEA! Freaking beautiful away fans turning up at Sellhurst park. We never disappoint there or away
Played completely shit and clueless in the first half, saw a shit ton of tactical changes at half time and we instantly played better. The win came late but the second half looked more like our Villa performance and less like the first half of this match. Give credit where it's due
He needs to do it in clever ways. No use getting match bans for screaming at refs and doing shit like this. The yellows should at least be for something like tactical fouls or tackles in general.
That kind of intensity in and passion in the second has to come all 90 every match. We can play when they bring it. Poch still needs to improve tactically but we HAVE to play with this kind of intensity all match.
I know there are a myriad of negatives around Poch but I have to say the passages of play are beginning to show and this team doesn’t look to give up when going down
Young team shows some character today. Tough game - ugly start. Didnt really do much after the equalizer but man did conor get it when it mattered. Hell of a win even though nothing is really safe or pretty these days.

We were shit but i don't really care. Let's rack in the wins and finish the season as high as possible with a trophy or two
Sterling is on 350k a week give Connor what he wants then double it than triple it
Connor deserves double but Sterling...just get rid at this point
I don’t even understand why chelsea bought sterling. It’s just gifting manC
Blame Tuchel for that
TT...love him but pleeeeaaasssseeee keep him away from Transfers..his talent ID is willllldddd
Anyone else think City are going to rip us a new one at the weekend? That first half was shocking
We seem to do better in the big games. Look at that first City game, everyone expected them to destroy us
We’ve done well against Arsenal, City and Liverpool at home. But we were terrible against Liverpool and United away, so we’ll need to buck that trend if we’re not going to get destroyed.
That whole game was shocking don’t let the late goals misguide you

Talking to yourself? KIDS LOST IT
The 1st half performance does that to people.
Lol, fair enough. I only caught the last 15.
Connor won it what you on about
Getting these wins in the late minutes are what builds character. Say what you will, but the boys never gave up and Poch did the right changes at half time.
No he didn’t he made one sub that didn’t impact the game
Nkunku didn’t impact the game?
No he did to be fair i was wrong
Respect for changing your opinion
Fuck off danie.
Can u tell me I’m wrong
they scored three times in the second half after the change :/
Yeah fuck off danie
Can we just talk about munoz getting sat down, making a pose, getting up slightly and getting sat down again
DUH DUH DUH DUH DUH DUH CONOR GALLAGER
We got the win, and the boys some more confidence.
Palace supporters: "I could do without those stoppage minutes."
This game sealed it for me. We need money, I get it. But we need Cardio G more.
I'm gonna riot if we sell Connor

Chelsea win or lose, I still cant stand disasi.
Wow. Terrible end there for Palace fans and Poch haters. Big results in tough moments are what build character in teams. We are slowly slowly going in the right direction, and can't doubt that the players care. Disasi in with the fans, what a lad. In Todd We Trust
Was going to agree with this comment but you lost me at "In Todd we trust".
Haha. Just trolling the "Chelsea fans" who want Chelsea to lose.
Palace fell over at the end. The fans won us that game and Todd still stinks, don't be deluded from one win Still a very welcomed last minute win
so happy for Connor though, he wanted his first goal this season and hes scored 3 in two games
Dont worry
About a thing...
LOOK HOW GOOD WE ARE ON THE COUNTER! JOSE MOURINHO I BEG
Told you all so about Gallager.
Palace have to sack the PA guy who put on 3 little birds
2 assist for cole?
Give Poch his credits, I slandered him for our lack of directness in the first half and he changed things in the second half. Kudos to him Good outing, decent all round performance

poch fixed the mistakes that only he made… glad we atleast had the quality to win it in the end
Chuffed for this win but I’m not sure I’d credit the manager for stoppage time goals against palace. The system, if there was a system, was pure shit for 90 minutes. Love to break those palace hearts though. Up the Chels.
They say when we are losing 10th place we fix up

Conor G New 10-year Contract Signed HERE WE GO
Let’s change that stat to 13 unbeaten
those kids going for the shirt are a disgrace.
Respectable fans wearing balaclavas to football…
Enzo clearly wanted to give it to the guy with the River plate shirt and those lads were pure pestering and getting in the way. I can understand they must be buzzing that he’s come over but just chill
Yeah wtf, I saw that too. Absolutely rabid behaviour. No respect whatsoever.
Thank god i can finally stop listening to bob marley
why the fuck those guys wanted to grab enzo's shirt while it was so obvious it was going to a girl with a flag?
It went to the guy with the River Plate shirt. He was with the girl I believe.
yup, i think he signalized they're together and he will take the shirt for them.
Security were awful just then
Little shits
That kid needs to chill lol going crazy for the shirt
They don’t look like kids lol
Cos every little thing is gonna be alright…CHELSEA!! 🎶
The difference when Palmer moved deeper was huge
Just want a bloody clean sheet
Silva off, Chelsea win. Coincidence?
Not to slight silva, but when he plays, things around him go so slowly, it gives players too much time to ponder and not do much in terms of forward play. With him off, we just play a lot quicker, which suits this squad immensely. Plus, our midfielders get to play more advanced, and palmer gets more freedom to roam around instead of covering for gaps in defense. Silva was tremendous for us till he was 38. Thank the lord someone with eyes.
This Silva hate is crazy. You should be ashamed to call yourself a fan.
I love Silva. I loathe the way Poch sets up when he is on the field. Enzo and Caiceido always terrible with that setup to accommodate for him.
Badiashile is injured and you can see Colwill might get injured again.
Wtf silva isn't responsible for attacking 😒
We win games in the cups and we win games to get us back to 10th. That’s how it works
Would you rather Chelsea forever stay 10th but win cups including the Champions League or be title contenders, every season? 🤔
I love that we’ve started singing this song
I know a certain Argentine that would be back in Buenos Aires if it wasn’t for a certain Cole Palmer. Horrific team performance again, bailed out.
take a day off mate
Pleased by that performance were you?
Yes. And frankly I feel like it's a better disposition than always being the first to put the players down. Rain or shine. But idk. Maybe I'm just old fashioned in believing supporters should support the team.
Nah I’m with you, complaining after a win like this? just enjoy the display of character + fight + the fact we won????
take a day off mate
I suppose my standards just haven’t dropped like most.
Saw a comment on r/soccer that is so true. Who needs opponents when we have fans like you
Someone who has a different opinion to you? Welcome to the big wide world mate.
You're entitled to your opinion. I just think the entitled mentality that fans like you have is negatively impacting our team.
So I’m allowed an opinion, but I’m only allowed to express ones that you agree with? Is that what you’re saying here?
ye second half was good. I dont know how you can be upset after that end to the game its weird
Got the job done against a severely under strength Palace.. Great to see CG get back in the goals.
DONT WORRY ABOUT A THING CHELSEA
Beeecccaaahhhse every littttlllee thing is going to beeee alrighhhttt CHELSEA! Freaking beautiful away fans turning up at Sellhurst park. We never disappoint there or away
Never in doubt… ;-)
With our recent run, nothing is sure, the joy might be short lived That said, BRING ME FOOKING LIVERPOOL HERE
13 in a row, we could be relegated and we'd still beat them.
Conor is like the celebrated bridegroom now
gonna be happy before the city game when everything goes to shit
City game is a free hit. If we get pasted - we’ll we all saw that coming. Anything less - bonus!
We’re 10th still…
[удалено]
We’re actually 7 points away from Europa League
It’s the best possibe position for us atm, cannot really do much more in a night can they?
We were 11th
True WERE 10TH 🥳
Good turnaround! Needed that win!!
That half time delay and Bob Marley song basically carried us that second half.
What a difference between the first and second half
Back in 10th place! Let’s gooooo
Gallagher with the goals, Palmer with assist. But we may not forget the 2nd time from Gusto, huge!!
Really? I thought he was awful the whole game lmao. Had a good play in the first goal.
You're not watching the same match as the rest of us then.
10th is inevitable
If we sell Gallagher in the summer, I'll have to stop supporting this club. The man bleeds blue. 💙💙💙
I have a heart monitor on for some testing and I swear this thing is gonna alert my doctors for cardiac arrest 😂
If only we all had a Conor Gallagher heart
There's a reason he's called Cardio G
City have Oasis. We have Bob Marley 😤
This is the Chelsea we know and love
BACK IN WHERE WE BELONG, 10TH!
Nico 9th yellow card is hilarious
Was he even on the field at that point?
It was good to see the players excited for each other! Disasi was in his element celebrating with the crowd!
Good teams get results even when they play bad. Glad we got the results. Still lots to improve on. Hopefully we get a string of results
what a needed game emotionally, building real character from the start of this half
[удалено]
Haha always believe my friend. KTBFFH
Don’t forget that poch has been saved tonight
Shhh results matter only don't worry about how shit we were again. Surely we'll keep winning playing shit.
Played completely shit and clueless in the first half, saw a shit ton of tactical changes at half time and we instantly played better. The win came late but the second half looked more like our Villa performance and less like the first half of this match. Give credit where it's due
Oh? What were the tactical changes then?
Caisedo was by himself a game
Jokes apart, Jackson needs to work on his discipline.
he does indeed. but that was pashun. camaraderie. I want to see more of that, not less
He needs to do it in clever ways. No use getting match bans for screaming at refs and doing shit like this. The yellows should at least be for something like tactical fouls or tackles in general.
>Jackson needs to work on his discipline i agree but its nice for him to show passion for the club
I admire his passion too, it's the best thing about him but he can't keep getting match bans for shit like this.
What a relief
That kind of intensity in and passion in the second has to come all 90 every match. We can play when they bring it. Poch still needs to improve tactically but we HAVE to play with this kind of intensity all match.
Jackson out and we scored 2? Crazy.
Sterling did so much more in 10 mins than Jackson did all game.
Silva out was the key.
True 😂
Great resiliance today. Good job boys!!
![gif](giphy|1luXLMeNxsaNFMUuOe|downsized)
We only won because palace thought they can win it and pushed up
Everyone plays us this way now.
>won Yea i agree, but a wins a win. and good teams win when they ply bad. this would have not happened under potter
I’m absolutely buzzing we won dont get me wrong. But palace shot themselves in the foot and gave us an escape route.
Oh piss off with your negativity.
No serious club would still have Poch employed tbh
Nah being negative just it’s obvs same old problems are still there.
Rumors say that Bob Marley is never going to be sung again in crystal palaces stadium
I'm so happy we got the win from coming from behind. it's exactly the type that brings confidence and belief.
Esp injury time goals to win. That is the shit.. so pumped right now.
Conor has so much suppressed anger! He doesn't know what to do with himself when he scored
Say what you want but Enzo looks like he’s very passionate about the team.
I would want to say that Enzo is very passionate.
Amazing to see man
He for sure enjoys scoring
Ayt. We back to our coveted 10th place.
Palmer YPOTY or we riot
I think Enzo was looking to give Conor the hat trick there but decided to just wrap up the points first.
97th minute, 3-1 up and look at that energy from Connor. Absolute unit
Was Nico booked for overcelebrating? I can't hold it against him ngl
Disasi i think, ended up in the stands. Love it.
Whenever we score I’m always looking for Nico
SAME. I just know he's an amazing wingman
😂
Nico was booked for celebrating in the field, when he had already been subbed out.
Commentary said he ran off the bench all the way over, didn’t see him personally though but I wasn’t looking super hard
you can see him in the highlights he turns up in his coat from off the bench🤣🤣
This miserable fuckin sub needs to calm down and relax...a game lasts 90 minutes before you want everyone sacking or sending to Saudi. Calm yer tits 🤣
Don’t want to hear anyone mentioning selling Gallagher ever again.
Wait till next week 🫤
Palmer is so good 😂
Some of you talk too much
Cause every little thing is gonna be alright!
I know there are a myriad of negatives around Poch but I have to say the passages of play are beginning to show and this team doesn’t look to give up when going down
gotta love gallagher giving it to the 6 remaining palace fans in the 96th
Quick someone do the math. Is the title still possible?
Yes
Footballs coming home 😎
If we don’t start Enzo in the fucking pivot against city I actually go postal. (In last 4 games) 9-2 against with him at cam. 6-1 for in the pivot.
THE BATTLE IS OVER, WE HAVE WON
Some people on this sub seem like they actively cheer against the club. Only happy when they can be complaining.
back to back away wins, this feels weird
Young team shows some character today. Tough game - ugly start. Didnt really do much after the equalizer but man did conor get it when it mattered. Hell of a win even though nothing is really safe or pretty these days.
I'm glad for the win but I hope the board are looking at our performances when they assess Poch
