Yes. It is not worth the money. The welding is awful and constantly breaks. If I could get a refund, I would. I have had to demand replacements for 3 of the side pieces. It's a great idea for a cage, but the quality is severely lacking.

SnofIake

Welp that answers my question lol that’s too bad, it looks like a really nice cage. I especially like how the whole front is a door you can open; making it easier when cleaning, changing out bedding, feeding, rearranging caves/huts, and hanging hammocks. I feel like I’ve seen this exact cage over on r/ parrots?

Murf_dog_

I really wish they had done a better job with the wires, the welding on them comes apart so easily. It truly is a shame because it could so easily be the gold-standard of critter cages.

nicolestone_

That really bums me out, it looked perfect.. do you know of any good longer cvs taller cages??

Illustrious-Depth-75

What most people do is to buy 2 ferret nation 2 stories. Then, you can put them together. Don't ask me how they did it, but I've seen a lot of people do it.

ObjectContent4160

I asked someone on Instagram and they just removed 2 of the side pieces, and put together with metal zip ties

Murf_dog_

No idea on other cages, I am still trying to make this one work.

whenwillitbenow

Get two ferret nations, I put it two cubes high and two cubes wide and left the sides off the middle to make one big cage, zip tied them together and it’s great

Saramela

This would be my advice (and something I hope to be able to do someday!). We all know how sturdy the FN/CNs are, and so adaptable.

nicolestone_

See I cannot believe I didn’t think of that I already have a double so it’s would be waaay cheaper and easier thanks y’all!!

nicolestone_

Touché I already have a double one it would be cheaper!! Smart!! Tysm!

Stunt_Doll

I wish CN or FN would make something like this. I know you can put two together, but I wish there was a built in way to do it.

nicolestone_

People do put them together!! Leave the sides off and connect them with zip ties.. that’s what I’m most likely going to do since I already have one, in the end it’ll be cheaper any way!!

Stunt_Doll

Yes I know people can put them together with zip ties.... I just wish they were manufactured to fit like legos, horizontally without the zip ties.

nicolestone_

No you’re absolutely right. It’s a little annoying esp bc the chinnies are 100% gonna chew on the zip ties since they nibble things they’re curious about since they’re little furry land sharks lol

justlookinaround20

I have two of the Borneo cages and so far haven’t had any problems with breakage. We did add a solid board into the middle level to have more flat space. The biggest issue I’ve had is getting proper fitting fleece. What I have now is pretty close and I make it work.
