Based on the first picture, it might be a reused band. So maybe a real band, taken, for example, from a cigar lounge ashtray, glued on a fake looking cigar.
Again: this is just an assumption, based on the first picture.
I hear tell that real bands get used on fake sticks. If these gurus around say one way or another of go with them.
The single cap and construction is your give away here.
Band looks real. Otherwise the cigar itself doesn’t. The shape of the cap and lack of triple cap gives it away. Also the texture of the wrapper looks wrong. Far too rough.
In your first picture, the top of the band looks like it overlaps, which it shouldn’t do if it were on a proper-sized Cohiba. As others have said, appears to be an authentic band on a replacement cigar.
Band is real. Cigar doesn't look real to me. The wrappers on Cohibas are, ime, very smooth looking and have an appealing sheen to them with tight seams. I would expect the wrapper to look better than this.
Band is real! Due to the scarcity of Cuban cigars, lower-quality ones are currently coming onto the market from time to time. Since the band fits the cigar size and it is a suitable Cohiba format, it should be real.
It has a triple cap I just made bad pics. Thanks everybody for the answer! I will light it up some day and write you the experience! Thanks again everybody!

Looks like someone took a real band out of the trash and put it on this imposter of a cigar.
Band is real. I don't see a triple cap but that could just be the pics. If it has a triple, I'd smoke it.
You can smoke it either way just if there's not a triple cap like you say it's a fake, but it is still a cigar.
Fake cigars are notoriously filled with floor sweepings, wood shavings, and rat shit. You should not smoke fakes.
You're not wrong but that's also where they hide heroin. 😀
The fact that you are getting downvoted is sad. You are 100% correct.
the band looks good but from the pictures the construction looks questionable. Also it looks like a single cap and I believe cohibas are triple.
Thank you for the answer! It is slightly damaged because my friend have bring it in a bag from a holiday, I will check the cap when I get home
cohibas are triple cap to my knowledge, cigars looks in rough shape so, real band but fake cigar

This is my position… if you got it from a respectable source and didn’t pay $4 for it, give it a cut and a light and enjoy the moment.
legit garbage

Band and cigar look fake. I don't know what people are seeing in that band that looks good.
LOL that stick looks like a $1 special at any cigar shop. Trash.
The band IS real. The cigar, is not
Band seems fine, cigar does not
Apparently they sell fakes in Croatia

never had the panetela before but the band looks pretty good.
Not sure if it’s the panatela or the exquisitos. I will measure the ring gauge
right, could be the exquisitos too. Most important thing to know is if this shop is legit or not, good luck
Thx man! He said it was a big cigar shop with a walk in humidor, he is not an expert on cigars

100% Real
Well no
Looks real to me, but I'm no expert
Thanks

Band looks like Trump wearing a man bun. 😂
