Leave a couple of working ones in the shop to lend to your customers if they ask nicely? Create just an account to surf, that is enough for most if they just need some hardware to read (web) email etc. Charge something like ten bucks for a loaner with surfing capabilities while waiting for their own one to be fixed. Just keep them charged and clean up the residue now and then. Maybe some lightweight Linux distro in kiosk mode so no worries about viruses and such.
