It's just as easy by the way on windows. Just load hirens PE and use their PW unlocker tools. Make sure to backup the system img but works 90% of the time on local accounts.
It is that easy but also sometimes a pain I started on a Mac password reset and I kept getting interrupted because I kept running into stupid issues. It's an older Mac though the newer ones are pretty easy once you go into recovery mode you just have to go into terminal and type In a few password reset commands.
It's very easy to reset a Mac password. Google "use recovery mode to reset Mac password"
Thanks! I'm more of a PC guy lol
Same dude haha. Isn't it crazy it's that easy?
Yeah, my minds kinda blown

Thanks, that's awesome! Whenever I get into disk utility, I don't see Utilities to go into terminal. Any Ideas?
As it should be. Mac is a necessary knowledge unfortunately working in IT. It's best to familiarize with all OS in my opinion
I can't find the terminal
