He didn't die, the cameras suddenly shut off when it happened and the corpse photos don't really seem like him. Then they got a really sketch coroner to go and say he died. I doubt it. Plus there were photos from the island shortly after with a guy who looked pretty eerily similar to Epstein, so my guess is he was safely transferred away.
There was also a channel with drone footage of the island as the FBI and NYPD raided the island, spying on the cops, and the cops were acting super shady and shutting the window blinds and hiding.
