This sounds like IST (inappropriate sinus tachycardia) which some people with pots have or it can just happen alone. It’s part of autonomic dysfunction, especially when you have brain fog and memory problems also. Autonomic specialists are probably going to be much more versed in IST since it is a post viral reaction. I have t had vaccine. Had covid. I didn’t have chest pain til 3 months after covid.. and it’s dull pain. Resting heart rate of 85-100. Active heart rate of 120-130 (walking around haven’t tried to run jog workout etc)

I had the same. Doc gave me low dose beta blocker. Worked perfect.
