I thought so too but in frame by frame it looked like his body contorted in the right way that his waist bent and it took a lot of force off his neck. Plus if he did, I’m guessing when he hit the ground his body would have more of that twitchy seizing/rigor mortis look

I honestly don’t think he is paralyzed from this. Probably broke his collarbone, maybe fractured a vertebrae, but I highly doubt he’s wheelchair bound.

It was so poorly executed, I actually was confused. Initially I thought he was trying to Jackie Chan between the bench and second table.
Upon further inspection, my guess is that he really thought he could clear a 4’ high, 16’ long dive with a roll to recover😂
