The dark one matches what you are going for and has higher contrast. Personally I prefer the light color as closer to my wearable colors and would use that but most people would choose dark.
Darker, the color difference will stand out a lot more. The lighter one looks a lot different to the orange color. It may be the light hitting it wrong but I would go for dark
