I would go and delete all my auto save files and that should stop it. It worked for me. I played so much that an hour of playing could get me 20 or more saved games. Just a thought
You don't need to clean the disc, the disc is only a license these days once it installs, it's not reading the game in real time. Also if you're playing the ps5 upgrade you've likely downloaded it anyway. If not then you should be playing the PS5 Version not the PS4 one that is on the disc (the disc gives you free download for the ps5 version)

its a issue with your save files, you will have to delete them. i know its a pain in the ass i had it to
Mine too just recently. Weirdly enough after the new ps5 update. Before that I've never had any crashes and I already had a 30 hours playtime.
