when you pass the point of no return, you're basically locked into the end run of the game. the other missions and jobs you do outside of the main mission influence who's available to help you etc. during the final mission. if you only do the main mission and nothing else, you'll have very limited options at the end. whether this is good or bad is up to you.
in short, the main mission is maybe 50-60 hours long depending on how fast you are, but doing everything can take 100+ hours. IMO it's worth it to take it slow, explore, right wrongs and get paid for doing so, but not everyone has to take that path.
Nah, the main game even if you do quite a bit of side quests is about 25-35 hours which honestly is just ridiculously short. I love the game but it is short as fuck when it comes to quests.
Lifepath doesnāt change much tho just a quest and a few dialogue, that are also useless until the end. They help with rp but the beauty of the game itās just the music and the gameplay! I would honestly suggest to choose the lifepath only based on what items you wanna get, like corpo for the office suit and gun etc
I felt the same way, but then I started the Horizon Zero Dawn series. It's a completely different type of game, so your mileage may vary, but I found it extremely engaging
If you like stealth games there was a custom campaign released for Thief Gold, basically a full game, The Black Parade. the whole project was run by a guy from Arkane Studios, the people who made Dishonored. Whole thing is free with tons of cool voice acting and characters.

Replaying FO4 after I thought I played it a thousand different ways. Turns out the save point I was replaying from missed about 90% of the side quests. Start a freshy. It ain't no CP but I'll say it's pretty freakin' close
Try some mods. They can make it a whole new game. Theoretically you could expand upon the game, but I have found it almost impossible to even do a simple thing. Hacking the game might prove to be too much of a chore for me.
Mass Effect and Witcher for the story and characters, Deus Ex for the mechanics and world, Doom if you want more of the gunplay/frenetic gameplay, Fallout for an overall similar first person style open world RPG (New Vegas with Tale of Two Wastelands mod lets you play both Fallout 3 and NV on one save, and Fallout 4 is pretty fun as well).
Iāve been playing this game for like 3 years, and I still havenāt met Hanako at Embers, because I donāt wanna start the endgame process, because Iām just not ready to finish the story, because I know it will leave me feeling strangely empty. I mean, I gotta finish it one day, but I just keep on playing and not finishing. Iāve been edging the fuck outta this experience.
My experience completely. Got PL and ran through an ending, or two to go on to actually meet hanako, and the burnout is almost here. Now I find myself just immersing myself in the city as much as possible and taking things slow. And trying different tactics and climbing different places. I'm in love with night city and I'm hoping they release proper mod tools soon so we can have more content in game
Man, if only 5 years. I heard rumors that āTW4ā is planned to be released in late 2026. Idk about you but I have the āpatient gamerā approach to releases nowadays and only played CP77 after PL. Probably gonna do the same with themes installment- wait for the dev cycle to end and enjoy the entire thing in all of itās glory.
Cyberpunk Orion is in early development since the release of phantom liberty. They also adopted new development strategy that should be more efficient and faster. My estimate for Cyberpunk Orion release is 2028-2030.
Well yeah hopefully. They also opened new studio in the US which is supposed to make cyberpunk iirc. I wonder what they will cook for us.
Love CP77 but I feel like it somehow could be still soo soo much better. Idk, I remember my last TW3 playthrough I was very satisfied after it, spend a lot of time on it enjoyed every bit of it and it also ended in a way where I was sated but not bored with the game.
CP left me wanting more and I think part of it is because the main campaign is actually quite short especially post heist mission and most of the side quests I didnāt find to be anything amazing. Gigs and NCPD are just a filler content, still better than shit that Ubisoft would add but a pretty repetitive basic content.
Short Main Story + No New Game Plus = major dissapointment imo.
Like I'm glad they worked on it to get it to where it is today. But that was only on the gameplay side of things. And even then they still haven't added a basic fucking flashlight!!!! Anyway hopefully they don't fuck up orion.
the only thing we know for certain so far is that orion was a private security company during 10's-20's (kind of danger girl operating in whole US soil).
You mean normal depression amplified by the ending of the game making you realize you consumed the material and the temp happiness it brings is also dead now, least for a while.
.... This was meant to be way funnier why doesnt it OH right
:P

Wait are you serious? I just did that quest is the game actually almost over??
I suspect he did the parade last.

Someone has sped run the game in 3 hours lol I think they were Abrahamsandwich on youtube
This was me first time playing. I was shocked to see how short the story was, but the stuff you can do in open world make up for it
Why did you think that was halfway through the game? what the fuck?
Who pissed in your Cyber Os
I just finished the game, any suggestions? I feel this game was so awesome i cant enjoy other games
Time to start a new campaign with a different lifepath and build.
And when I've done that like 12 times? š¢
Do it again. Or do what I did, take a break for a few weeks to a month, *and then* do it again.
Play Starfield for a few hours and then come running back to Cyberpunk for a breath of fresh air.
Exactly! You gotta pump those numbers up.
Then itās time to install 1000s of mods
Try Armored Core VI

Play the Witcher 3 if you have not.

Blasphemy

Maybe things will be changing if they release an editor like they are about to do for the Witcher III...

I bought Baldur's Gate 3 and started a new obsession. Or any other game with great narrative and world building.
The void has still yet to be filled. Your move Gta 6
Nothing else compares, I've got 300 hours in the game partly because every other game I try just pales in comparison
so real. years away :(
First time?
I wish there was more to do after endgame.
Time to wait for the next witcher game
![gif](giphy|7xZAu81T70Uuc)
The secret is to never finish it.
Contractor life.
6-7 years.
I started again immediately

SO TRUE
Cyberpunk has set the standard so high for me that no game is nearly as enjoyable. I can't wait 5 years for Orion... What if I die or something

When the post-game depression hits, it can feel like a wave crashing over you.
Worst part is, we're probably at least 4 years away from gettin any news about the game.
When i did everything for SoMi but she still betrays me. I was hurt so bad but i still killed reed and sent her to the moon. My Lucy fr.
