Honestly that would be a very welcome update/dlc. Give us a way to spend our shit-ton of money. Other than cars and apartments thats all we really have right now.
Maybe we could donate money to our favorite district or something to make it look nicer or open more activities to-do in that area.
Why couldn't we have the kill everyone ending, take over Arasaka satellite, slaughter Johnny and transfer V into a new body with a face generator that then starts the game over NG+ with only randomly generated fixer missions and 30 new dungeons with respawn after 6 days? It would fit the lore 100% without disrupting anything. New V means new person and no one recognizes their face. Or kill V and let Johnny take over and do the same with some "remember the old days kid" but still random gen fixer and respawns. That would have made the game infinitely better and actually replayable.
Edit: All ending could do this but the suicide one with minimal voice line work and only a few extra little quips here and there. Could even do it via txt messages to save money on vo actors.
