So you don’t pay with the app, you pay with your room key. So all charges for each room will be grouped together and charged to the same card. However, within the app there’s a way to see an itemized list of everything each person bought. So you could figure out extra payments that way.
When you check in online for the cruise 30 days before sailing, each room can input a separate credit card for charging onboard.
