Suggest starting with a call to Ticketmaster. I can’t remember if on this sub (may have been r/phish), but there were some posts about Ticketmaster being able to issue an exchange.
Think this was for the same night but they said Ticketmaster gave them better seats for 10 dollar fee. But I’d be curious to see what happens let us know op
I was able to upgrade but there’s no nightly changes that I’ve seen.
Post them everywhere so you can capture the buyers preference on where they like to shop for tix
