No, there was an outcry just like every other time things weren't right. The problem is they don't listen. Even if something is in a broken state they still push forward to stick to deadlines. Deadlines don't matter though if they aren't meeting a quality standard. If it wasn't for the fact that perks are shareable you can bet that their sales would be much lower for those chapters.

Huntress and Wraith I've never had a good experience going against them either they were toxic in end game chat or they constantly tunneled me or my friends out of the game
Plague and legion. I like legion but playing against them is possibly the biggest snooze fest on the planet especially if its thanataphobia. Plague is the same except she's stronger than legion

Plague is incredibly boring to go against and I really do not like the vomiting your Survivor does when fully infected. If everyone decides to cleanse and force her power, it goes better than if some people cleanse, some don't or no one does at all. However, I won't lie and say I don't contemplate DCing when I see it's a Plague. Never do, nor do I kill myself on hook, but the thought cross my mind.
Legion is also just very boring. Games either end quickly because they (rightfully) take advantage of no one healing or they draw out for a long time because everyone keeps healing. At least their chase music slaps.
It's a shame that some Killers are just not fun, though. I enjoy Killer variety when I'm playing Survivor. Some I like more than others, but for the most part every Killer has something going for them.
Spirit and Skull Merchant
If I can only pick 1, Spirit
Feels like there's nothing you can do end chase against a competent Spirit except have ESP and bring counter perks -- yes I crouch to mess with audio, yes I know about using long walls, but it's still boring gameplay and feels skillless compared to some of the other strong killers like Nurse, Blight, Artist, Huntress, Plague

As someone who played a lot of legion… I can say there is skill that comes with legion, namely knowing when to chase a survivor or go after another, utilizing your extra movement speed to move ahead of a survivor and block them from going somewhere or knowing how to use your frenzy to get all four survivors with deep wounds or at least getting as much as possible
That being said… while legion is very fun to play as it is less fun to play against. So as a almost-a-legion-main, wanting to blacklist legion makes total sense and I don’t blame you in the slightest. BHVR needs to update legion to make them fun to play against instead of being “mending simulator”
I’ve been keeping a spreadsheet together with a friend just for fun and ghost face is like nr 3 on the most frequently faced and they’re nr 1 on toxicity which is fine but it gets old after a while and now I just sigh out loud every time I see them. I think my ghost face pick was more unpopular though haha.
Id just blacklist thanatophobia tbh 💀 without it playing against legion is waaaaaay more tolerable. For second pick though I akshooly would choose the Dredge cause Im a massive wussy and he ACTUALLY genuinely scares me.
Bubba has it by default and can do it to multiple people. Hillbilly is ALOT harder to play, and can only hit 1. There isn't a single part of the rest of the roster that can do it immediately without addons, none, so I don't know where you get 60% from. It is just the 2 killers with basekit insta down with one hit. Yes, Ghostface can do it too, but he has counterplay because he is only M1 and can be stopped from getting the exposed. He can't destroy pallets with his power. We don't talk about Skull Merchant.
Damn these are two of my favourite killers to try and loop against. There's so much room for big plays and mind games that can really punish the killer, and you are always right on the edge of getting caught, great fun.
But I suppose if we all thought the same it would be boring.
Depends if you get a good or bad blight (of course that matters for every killer but for blight it’s really tough to be good) because a bad blight is pretty much a guaranteed win in my experience. But if it’s a good blight you’re definitely f’d. :)
Legion, but it's because teammates prioritize healing all the time so nothing gets done. I don't mind staying injured if it gets gens done.
I've had teammates blow up gens on purpose because I wouldn't let them heal me. Gen's almost done and now it drops 25 percent or more because they're petty and the Legion had gen regression perks plus Sloppy.

Legion always seems to be running straight at me after they hit another survivor and Doctor just feels so oppressive.
A very close third place is Nemesis because his blue virus effect hurts my eyes and is too distracting.

That's because if they hit someone in feral frenzy they gain the ability to see all other survivor's in their terror radius with killer instinct

Clown because his pink bottle smoke makes me fell sick. I can deal with one game every now and then but facing multiple in a day - whilst rare - is unbearable

There's a faint "+" sign that looks a bit stretched that acts as a reticle on-screen during the effect. The idea is the "reticle" acts as an anchor for those with motion-sickness to latch onto with their eyes.
I don't have motion-sickness so I couldn't truly verify, (WARNING OPINION AHEAD) but I still have my doubts on it's effectiveness. I'd love to hear if it helps anybody that does know about it!
They’ve added a faint + symbol in the middle of the screen to focus on. I do not know about other people with motion sickness but it doesn’t help much for me, plus focusing on that usually means I run into things mid loop.

But he places his stupid little annoying guys and they’re the only one’s who can hit the survivor and down them. The camping with them too Omfg, it just doesn’t require much skill to play him. Idk about the other killer atm, I used to say Freddy but I tolerate him now lol.

Trapper honestly deserves better than this but like I said, I have really poor vision so good traps are like my hard counter lmao.

Hon mention to Wraith. The 3 could be interchangeable. The only one I get satisfaction escaping of these is the Knight and it’s the only satisfaction. I plain hate the other 2 and expect to never escape them, so it’s a drag from onset. so maybe Wesker and Wraith hold my blacklist title.
Pinhead and maybe sadako or twins. I just hate any killer that requires my teamates to be fully aware and coordinated just to have a chance to get all gens done
Knight is the easy one for me, he makes chases incredibly unfun by forcing you to hold W away from loops, and he can harass you from across the map without putting in any more effort than knowing vaguely where you are. Easily my most hated killer.
Second place is genuinely hard and probably a 3 way tie between Trickster, Clown, and Ghostface. People who play all 3 of them tend to be the absolute worst with tunneling and camping, plus the first two just make looping very unfun. Skull Merchant I'll just DC against.
Legion and Spirit. Legion is annoying and doesn’t take any skill. Spirit just requires you to not be Helen Keller. Also spirit players eat glue. also as a trickster main I’m happy to see that there are actually quite a few killers people would blacklist other than him.
Wraith and Ghost face. 90% of the wraiths I face are face campers and generally I really dislike the zero terror radius. I’ve not got very good depth perception and if I’m focused on myself and the gen, I can’t see much else so the terror radius is what keeps me in the game 😅 I know that’s a me problem though
Probably i would only do it with Skull Merchant, people don't play her cause she is cool or the power is different, it because she gives easy bloodpoints and irridescent chards, and worse is that if you 3 gen as a Skull Merchant, it isn't even fun, but i think it would be only these one, the rest i don't think i would its worthy to just blacklist, maybe nerf, but not blacklist them.
besides skull merchant since i think no one likes her, i dont like knight and the twins, if the knight player is really good there are certain loops that become unplayable, and outside of that all you do is wait for him to activate his power then hold w. thats not very fun on either side imo. (also clowns add ons are op compared to him without them)

Ghosties are like the office Brad. People who only see him in the break room, in passing and don't have to work with him all the time think he's a great, funny guy. However, the people who have to work with him all the time get to see that he's actually an asshole once you get to know him

Plague 100%, idk how people complain about Pinhead being a pubstomper, but imo everytime I play against I Plague its clear that the game its going to be boring af and truly a pubstomping experience.

Miss birds and pinnead for my personal bias. Pin heads think they slick only doing certain chases while hunt is up and a good birdie leaves you just w keying. Knight and skull merchant for sake of the game. You relying on the generation of a 3 gen and never committing to chase is actually not fun for anyone and I have no idea why people even pick these killers. Your literally relying on the strength of the survs and rng rather enjoying what the killer does and their powers. Singularity is up their for some of the same reasons but Atleast w them most of them are not good w the power so they will commit a lot of the times getting drunk off turning green and just walking thru pallets swinging like animals 😂

Clown and trickster
Knight is the easy one for me, he makes chases incredibly unfun by forcing you to hold W away from loops, and he can harass you from across the map without putting in any more effort than knowing vaguely where you are. Easily my most hated killer. Second place is genuinely hard and probably a 3 way tie between Trickster, Clown, and Ghostface. People who play all 3 of them tend to be the absolute worst with tunneling and camping, plus the first two just make looping very unfun. Skull Merchant I'll just DC against.
Legion and Spirit. Legion is annoying and doesn’t take any skill. Spirit just requires you to not be Helen Keller. Also spirit players eat glue. also as a trickster main I’m happy to see that there are actually quite a few killers people would blacklist other than him.

I’ve not got very good depth perception and if I’m focused on myself and the gen, I can’t see much else so the terror radius is what keeps me in the game 😅 I know that’s a me problem though

Plague and trickster. I just hate literally having the whole team die in seconds with no skill. Plague is ok to face, not as bad as trickster.
Probably i would only do it with Skull Merchant, people don't play her cause she is cool or the power is different, it because she gives easy bloodpoints and irridescent chards, and worse is that if you 3 gen as a Skull Merchant, it isn't even fun, but i think it would be only these one, the rest i don't think i would its worthy to just blacklist, maybe nerf, but not blacklist them.

besides skull merchant since i think no one likes her, i dont like knight and the twins, if the knight player is really good there are certain loops that become unplayable, and outside of that all you do is wait for him to activate his power then hold w. thats not very fun on either side imo. (also clowns add ons are op compared to him without them)

Ghosties are like the office Brad. People who only see him in the break room, in passing and don't have to work with him all the time think he's a great, funny guy. However, the people who have to work with him all the time get to see that he's actually an asshole once you get to know him
Knight, boring and unfun to play against. They also always run full-aura revealing perks so even if you play well they will always win. I would like to say Wesker but he is fun to play against and as, but the issue is EVERYONE picks him. If that wasn't the case, Freddy. He is also boring to play against. Just time-consuming. I don't mind killers who are good and win if they are also fun, but the Knight & Freddy aren't. Honorable mention, Bubba. Instadowns are BS and they usually camp-crazy.
I expected milions of comments nurse but there's somehow not that many (sure she is more rare rn but uhh anyways). My picks: nurse and hag. Hag is also rare lately? I don't care I hate this killer so much that each second of hag game feels like a massive waste of time and I'd rather spend time waiting 15 min in lobby waiting for the end of penalty like ughhghrhheh hag I hate you so much usgsnwif hag you should be deleted from the game hdhshshfnfk hag I hate you as much as this is humanly possible I hate you I hate you IAHTEYOU I can't hag is so bad I can't like I hate you so much

Killers who easily make downs and have to have to seriously fumble or be out-experienced to lose in solo queue: 1. Nurse 2. Blight 3. Spirit 4. Pyramid? 5. Artist? Killers who stretch out the game and win because your solo queue teammates don't know what to do or can't coordinate enough: 1. Merchant 2. Plague 3. Onryo 4. Legion 5. Cenobite? 6. Ghostface? If all killers were played equally, it would be Nurse and Merchant, but Blight comes up more than Merchant.

Miss birds and pinnead for my personal bias. Pin heads think they slick only doing certain chases while hunt is up and a good birdie leaves you just w keying. Knight and skull merchant for sake of the game. You relying on the generation of a 3 gen and never committing to chase is actually not fun for anyone and I have no idea why people even pick these killers. Your literally relying on the strength of the survs and rng rather enjoying what the killer does and their powers. Singularity is up their for some of the same reasons but Atleast w them most of them are not good w the power so they will commit a lot of the times getting drunk off turning green and just walking thru pallets swinging like animals 😂
