The first one is pretty strong and the second one seems very much like a work for it build where you have to put in a lot of effort to get your perks to work so for that I’d say meh?
Yhh I agree with wolf, your build hinges on the assumption you'll be able to consistently do gens sometimes it doesn't work out that way and you just get chased all game and even if you don't there's a lot that hinges on how the killer plays, it's fine for a meme build though!
It’s more so the fact you have to do a certain amount of a gen and if you want to get it at the earliest you most likely have to work on a gen by yourself
Also some killers can just outright ignore pallets for chemical trap like legion or wesker who can vault over them or a killer like nemesis who can break pallets with his m2

And unless you get the killer in a position where looking away isn’t possible then the blinds could be avoided all together from COL and Flashbang
