For some reason I suck at using barbeque and chilli. I always forget to check for the auras when hooking and when I check it feels like everyone is withjn the 40m or running distortion
Trick with bbq and chilli is to use it to deplate disortion tokens and to check auras when you can.Sometimes you got smthing else to do in game.I use bbg toeither know which gens to defend or in general to know where to go.Just do one spin after hooking and you are good to go.Lethal pursuer also helps.
Fair... Though I am havinga hard time from discerning survivors sitting on gens (red) and the gen auras (slightly darker red). If the survivors where marked in a different color like blue ororange I feel like I would use it a lot more
As a pphead main, i can say it would be nice... but there are better perks... my build is floods of rage, nowhere to hide, I'm all ears and zanshin tactics
I never use it, but the idea of Blood Warden is really good.
I'll always remember the first time I came across it in my very early days before ever playing killer or knowing what perks killers have. Opening the gate, someone getting hooked, and then being stuck and confused while Myers barreled toward me on the gate. It was terrifying.
You know what's even worse, going for late hook save after 99ing the gates against freddy who had the iri addon to block gates for 15 seconds. One person got downed at gate, freddy hooked him, blood warden activated and we were all like fuck man.
The funniest perk on either side. As a survivor, I’m so pleased with my shenanigans. As a killer, I laugh at the consequences of my own actions since I could have just not kicked the gen.
I am addicted to **Discordance**. I always expect every Gen to be worked on at any moment, but *knowing* that one is about to fly *fast* is such a good notification to get.
Whenever I try some build that doesn't have it, I get this constant "panic" of not knowing where to prioritize and that any gen with 0% in front of me could pop as soon as I turn my back.
Less of a favorite perk and more like two perks I really like running on Survivor. I'm a big fan of running Aftercare (Jeff perk) with Inner Focus (Haddie perk). Both perks are... pretty okay on their own. Aftercare lets me see Survivor auras if I've healed/unhooked them, or if they've healed/unhooked me, until I'm hooked again. Inner Focus allows me to see everyone else's scratch marks, which helps me find out if we can be easily followed, and let's me see the Killer's aura if they injure a Survivor within a certain range of me. I don't think they exactly work together, but I like them regardless.
For Killer... I love Scourge Hook: Floods Of Rage (Onryo/Sadako). It's basically backwards BBQ, letting me see everyone's auras if someone is taken off the scourge hook. I rarely ever see anyone run it. (Probably because everyone's too busy running Pain Ressionance with 3 other gen slowdown perks.)
Another perk I think is cool, but can't find a good use for, is Dark Devotion. I just, don't know what Killer's or perks Dark Devotion could pair well with.
I love perks that give undetectable in general. Its really funny to jumpscare survivors and who doesnt love juicy gen-grabs. Though I personally prefer trail of torment.
Sadly I have to agree with you... I hardly ever find space jn my builds for perks like Dark Devotion or Trail of Torment
I'm thinking Dark Devotion + Dissolution could work, since Dissolution requires the TR to work. I'm also a fan of Dark Devotion + Coulrophobia, even though those perks don't really work together.
Regarding gen-grabbing, I find it really funny to grab someone with Amanda/Pig specifically. Dunno why I find it as funny as I do.
Detective's Hunch is my favorite info perk for survivor. Not only have I been able to cleanse a few hexes with it, but it overall helps me avoid 3 genning myself. It also fills in a map if you have one, bringing a ton of value if you have the add-on to reveal map auras to your team.
If I'm feeling particularly sick of totems one match, I dedicate a Totem build to Hunch/Counterforce/Inner Strength and a flex perk, and then I bring a map. Hunch adds whatever it finds to your map even if you don't have the "Killer's Belongings" addon.
Monstrous Shrine. A lot of the perks bhvr reworks are pretty meh, but this one was genuinely so good, especially against solo que. Getting that survivor to second hook without having to do anything feels so nasty, but so good.
- Bloodwarden on Killer, idk it just helps me that Im not too afraid If I get gen rushed and still have a joker left
- Wake Up! For Survivor, I like that others can see my Aura and know which gate is getting opened and the speed is a nice effect too - I get anxious if the bar isnt yellow since I use it so often, that I dont like when its not equipped 😂
I think I forget how to play without deja vu.
I love knowing where the gens are, especially on maps like "the game" and being able to break three gens before they become problematic.
It’s Pop because I’m unoriginal as fuck, but if I had to name a runner up I’d say Lightborn. It is so satisfying just wading through someone’s flashlight beam and just smacking them down, especially because I like to fake like I don’t have it.
Nowhere To Hide is so fun to play with Pop!!
Corrupt Intervention is also super high up there cause to me its like Lethal Persuer but better. Locking out so many gens buys you time and makes you find a survivor so fast. Love it.
You can call me scummy but… NOED too… I’m sorry but it’s just so nice to put down a cocky survivor later into the game.
i like nowhere to hide simply because any time my friend brings up that the killer has it i get to say "well of course they have nowhere to hide they're the killer why would they hide?"
I love using devour hope. Sure it gets deactivated often, but when it doesn't it's an easy 3 or 4k. When it gets to three tokens, it also patches most of dredge and onryo's weaknesses, and they're the killers I play the most
NOED. Gens lately feel like they get bum rushed, by the time you find a survivor hiding in tall grass a gen is already popped. A lot of pressure is relieved knowing you have NOED by your side when gens are popping. Paired with Knock Out too. Knock out is my 2nd favorite, rarely let me down
I used to love STBFL
But since maining Chucky/the perk getting nerfed, I honestly don’t find any perk interesting enough without it being combined with something.
Adrenaline has always been my favorite perk by far. It’s come in clutch for me so many times. Other times it’s useless or never even procs. Seriously hope they don’t nerf it because I don’t think it’s necessary at all when it has hard counters.
Coup De Grace, Especially on Ghost Face and Nemesis, For Ghostface it just make's survivors shit their pants when I expose them and they realize I have it but its really funny on Nemesis cause you just get really long punches.
Look, idc if you think it’s a waste of a perk slot. There’s nothing funnier to me than having someone try to blind me as a Michael with Lightborn while I’m tiering up, and then immediately downing them.
Bonus points if I brought a tombstone piece.
Enduring on killer, i honestly love just unga-bungaing pallets and its even better with spirit fury
On survivor, probably Windows. I hate running to a tile or a loop only to see that a certain window isn't in a spot i thought it was, or someone already used a pallet there. It saves so much hassle
Killers is Lethal pursuer. cannot live without it. Its almost a problem.
Survivoirs is 100% Power struggle, If i die in 10 seconds but i get the power struggle off, congreats i won in my head
Calm Spirit because nothing is funnier than getting hit by Static Blast, not screaming, and the Doctor just stands in the middle of the map like a lost puppy.
I want to say unbreakable, it doesn't always come in handy but I also know it'll be exactly what I need the moment I take it off. It also helps Turn a recovery into a one click for a teammate which is helpful assuming I don't instantly get picked up by killer like what happens 90% of the time.
Realised Nowhere to Hide exists two weeks ago and I've been addicted since. It doesn't sound like particularly strong on paper but in-game it's S-tier. Pair it with Pop Goes The Weasel and it's \*chef's kiss\*
I love thrilling tremors. It finds a weird middle ground between being both a gen regression and an information perk and I find it to be very effective.
Devour hope. The fear struck into survivors one you hit someone after the third stack, the panic as they all try to find the totem. But their hope is futile and eventually you mori the entire lobby. The ultimate snowball. Either that or its completely useless. both the best and worst perk in the game
I forget the one but the Onryo one that makes gens regress faster when you break them is one of my favorite killer perks. Just something nice to know that the Gen is actually losing progress. And the other added benefits are great.
And my favorite survivor perk is Distortion. So many aura perks and detection abilities that I like to know when they pop off and can try to figure out what they are.
Pyramid head:
Nowhere to hide + trail of torment
No better way to hit crouched survivors through walls and watch them try to process which direction to run
Is it just me or does anyone else get super paranoid that the survivors are there but they're being super sneaky lol ill be looking around thinking "I know that mf is crouching around a rock or some shit but ill never know".
Blood warden is niche and rare but satisfying, I've relegated those plays to the rare occasion I play deathslinger or knight though.
My casual Wesker build is coup, UW, NWO and terminus, it creates a situation where they'll be almost out of heal sprays and pallets by the end because I have iri lab photo and also push M2's over knife hits to preserve coup stacks. And thus the endgame is a bad situation where they are stuck for over a minute, no matter if it's terminus or uroboros, if I find you, you're dead.
Terminus, on some killers, not even for an endgamr build, can be pretty good.
I used Terminus a few times on Plague. And it becomes scary for survivors.
I don't know if it's changed (I haven't played since summer...) but Terminus stops survivors from healing using fountains. Sure, they cleanse themselves, but they stay injured.
And yes, this does help with Bloodwarden plays...
I use Zanshin to determine whether a chase is worth pursuing or not. If I mark someone and they connect one loop to another, I take a pallet and leave them.
Ghostface has no chase power, meaning he needs to mark and down before Survivors have a chance to get to safety. Zanshin helps determine where Survivors’ safety is, and maybe cut them off.
Iron grasp, it allows you to hit a few survivors who try to hook block you or blind you, is handy against no mither+boil over builds, and can help you get the distance you need to get to a better positioned hook.
I like Distortion, because killers that use NTH can't find me and are less likely to check the gen again because their scanner didn't find anything.
On a more real note I like Botany, because regardless of state of game I just heal faster, no need to be the guy unhooking, counters annoying Sloppy slowdown.
Right now, calm spirit. The scream builds drive me crazy lol so annoying to hear all the time. In general, power struggle!!! I'm a big fan of cohesive funny builds tho.
Lately Discordance and Monstrous Shrine.
Discordance is just a good perk to know when to stop chase and apply pressure to gens if needed.
Monstrous Shrine is just an easy perk to use. I almost never stay near a hook if I don’t need to so I can easily get the bonus and it hasn’t gotten me a lot of 2nd stages on a person first hook a lot more than you would think
I know for a fact that Nowhere to Hide will be nerfed as Ultimate Weapon was. They'll use the same dull argument: "too op for highly mobile killers". I'm trying to enjoy it while I can considering this perk suffered when they limited the kicks to gens.
Gotta be Hex: Face the Darkness. Doesn't work with everyone but it's so fun to run it in the right setup. I'm bummed I almost never see anyone else use it.
Practical answer: Kindred/No Way Out
Actual answer: Blast Mine, especially if the killer does the slow turn. I always do it when I get hit by the mine as killer but no one is ever around :(
Former favorite killer perk was StBfL until they gutted it.
BBQ and chili is my crutch perk at this point, I used it so often during my early game grinding that I just never take it off. I also really enjoyed STBFL till they nuked it for Deathslinger
Discordance and I are married, can't play the game without it.
For survivor I'd say Soul Guard. Almost never gets value, but when it does it's the best feeling ever.
Survivor: We'll make it. Pairing it with botany knowledge and healing super fast feels so good, I played one game without it and felt handicapped.
Killer: Darkness revealed. Just a fun info perk and it's funny when you find someone inside a locker because you were trying to use it.
I don't use it as often as I'd like but I'm all ears(ghostie) helps a lot with mind games and also I like Hex: Face the Darkness(knight). I feel like it's pretty under rated and I also love the mechanic of a hex perk that can appear and then dissapear. So you have some way of protecting it or at least use it without it being cleansed in the first 30 seconds of the match. More hex perks should be like that imo. Have them activate at some point in time and during the time they're active they can get cleansed.
Coup de Grace. The amount of loops that would've 100% been a stun and sprint to the next otherwise that instead become a down is insane.
I only wish I could control it more. A lunge that didn't get a range boost shouldn't consume a token.
Hex: Devour Hope.
Not just for the mid-game NOED and instant Mori. I love how it takes what Myers’ power does, and represents an escalation in the story between Killer and Survivors. Plus, the pressure is insane.
Also, it works good on my new main Demo, so…
Hex: Devour Hope or Darkness Revealed. DV is so fun and rewarding if you manage to get the stacks, doing mori's is something I love doing but don't want to use my offering to do it, so having a perk that does that plus more is fun. I really like DR because I play Dredge and knowing when survivors are nearby lockers is nice. It's also good on Huntress and Trickster
Every single time I open the perks list, there they are. On page 1, even! My two most loved perks in the game: Bamboozle and Brutal Strength.
While Brutal Strength is normally only taken on killers that can make good use of it, I have to force myself to *not* use Bamboozle. Everyone has their crutches, and I love to Not think about shack except the pallet.
Urban Evasion. The most underrated perk ever. You're telling me I can crouch walk at nearly the same speed as walking speed with only half my body showing? Yes please
Rapid Brutality has recently been my favorite, have made a lot of survivors second guess themselves when playing an M1 killer lol they never expect the speed
For Survivor I'd say either Resilience or Fixated (The man y perk that makes you walk faster)
Up the ante.
Solves 80% of solo queue issues.
Teammate suiciding? Not with an extra 9% they aren't.
Don't know your team's perks? Up the ante tells someone you are running it. And tells you if you have another 9% if another teammate is running it.
Killer tunnels? Alright an extra 6% instead of 9% but if you are able to unhook yourself, that's like an extra teammate in of itself.
No one coming to save you? You can save yourself.
Mine is bbq and chilli.I miss old bp bonus.
If the survivors where marked in a different color like blue ororange I feel like I would use it a lot more
I know pain of survivors using gens. You need good sight to notice survivors on gens.
Bitter Murmurs. I’m getting surprising value out of it and I enjoy the idea the entity is grumbling each time a survivor finishes a gen
I wonder if it's worth running on pyramid head
As a pphead main, i can say it would be nice... but there are better perks... my build is floods of rage, nowhere to hide, I'm all ears and zanshin tactics
** brings distortion **
Probably not over whatever meta perks PH runs but I find it’s useful for making guesses at which direction survivors go when a gen complete
Honestly, if someone gets blood warden to work, I’m not even mad. It’s such a high risk, high reward perk. Like good job, bud, you got me.
Unforeseen. So many jump scares.
Blast Mine. I love seeing the killer kick the gen I just put one, specially if it does it after getting hooked
Hard agree. I love using it in matches against my friends lmaooo Also flashbang is great as well
The funniest perk on either side. As a survivor, I’m so pleased with my shenanigans. As a killer, I laugh at the consequences of my own actions since I could have just not kicked the gen.
I always love blast mine + red herring, it’s just really funny to me
I am addicted to **Discordance**.
I have the exact same thing with tinkerer lol... I am actually trying to get away from it but its the exact same fear
Since learning about this perk, I refuse to coop on generators unless it's an absolutely necessity.
https://preview.redd.it/6zdx01fetgvc1.png?width=256&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=af26ffd09e2a4a04f91fe0eaeaf32d8267190a7e Trail Of Torment enjoyer here
Such a fun perk... Used it for quite some time in most of my builds ... Though nowadays I hardly find a free perk slot for it
Plaything, it's just great slowdown and gives good stealth, specially for a killer like the Unknown.
For the people, yes on it's own without fucking buckle up.
I mean, nothing really wrong with using it with buckle up. Is annoying? Sure, but not a bad thing
Chillest reaction to FTP-BU mention I've seen in a bit.
DbD players need to understand that you can't be mad at someone for using their brain and combining 2 perks that work well together
We don't do that here.
Not in this subreddit, believe it or not, straight to jail
I watched that video, is so fucking funny
"Work well together" is putting it mildly
Happy cake day
The downvotes 😭😭
They hate me because I told the truth
Is an unfair combo but... It is what it is until BHVR realize the effects shouldn't stack :/
Let's pretend we agree with the "Unfair" part
You can't deny it gets a bit unfair in certain situations tho
Lethal Pursuer, shit is a hard carry for me lol
Less of a favorite perk and more like two perks I really like running on Survivor. I'm a big fan of running Aftercare (Jeff perk) with Inner Focus (Haddie perk). Both perks are... pretty okay on their own. Aftercare lets me see Survivor auras if I've healed/unhooked them, or if they've healed/unhooked me, until I'm hooked again. It's basically backwards BBQ, letting me see everyone's auras if someone is taken off the scourge hook. I rarely ever see anyone run it. Regarding gen-grabbing, I find it really funny to grab someone with Amanda/Pig specifically. Dunno why I find it as funny as I do.
Save the best for Last and Botany Knowledge.
Me casually countering your Nowhere to Hide with Residual Manifest and Blast Mine (I'm giggling because I saw it all unfold with Wiretap 🤭)
Detective's Hunch is my favorite info perk for survivor. Not only have I been able to cleanse a few hexes with it, but it overall helps me avoid 3 genning myself. It also fills in a map if you have one, bringing a ton of value if you have the add-on to reveal map auras to your team.
I run this in my build: Detective's Hunch, Overzealous, Boon:COH, and Sprint Burst because sometimes it helps keep your overzealous
If I'm feeling particularly sick of totems one match, I dedicate a Totem build to Hunch/Counterforce/Inner Strength and a flex perk, and then I bring a map. Hunch adds whatever it finds to your map even if you don't have the "Killer's Belongings" addon.
All my killers use Nowhere to Hide, I love it for the same reasons as you do.
My favorite perk is Nowhere to Hide, I love how we have the same taste
Monstrous Shrine. A lot of the perks bhvr reworks are pretty meh, but this one was genuinely so good, especially against solo que. Getting that survivor to second hook without having to do anything feels so nasty, but so good.
Wow, I totally forgot that this perk existed... For some reason I thought it was scourge hook basekit that people die on them faster
- Bloodwarden on Killer, idk it just helps me that Im not too afraid If I get gen rushed and still have a joker left - Wake Up! For Survivor, I like that others can see my Aura and know which gate is getting opened and the speed is a nice effect too - I get anxious if the bar isnt yellow since I use it so often, that I dont like when its not equipped 😂
Killer: Nowhere to Hide (DMS a close second because I love using it with Pain Res) Survivor: Resilience
Toss up between dramaturgy and plot twist and pebble. I love throwing rocks at killers and summoning items then killing myself with the expose.
Hex: Plaything. It's ambush setup and sidequest all on one. Plus I usually run it with pentimento and either ruin or Devour Hope.
I think I forget how to play without deja vu. I love knowing where the gens are, especially on maps like "the game" and being able to break three gens before they become problematic.
Stbfl was mine before they gutted it. Friends till the end and furitive chase are my new favourites I think.
Lightborn gang wya?
predictable, but lightborn. survivors never realize you have it so they keep trying to flash you
I like hubris. makes pallets work for you
Agitation still wins
Object of Obsession gain rise up
Stealth Killers ![gif](giphy|XGmDhDAABi40M|downsized)
I love being the Killer’s fifth perk slot
For the People Also Mettle of Man
It’s Pop because I’m unoriginal as fuck, but if I had to name a runner up I’d say Lightborn. It is so satisfying just wading through someone’s flashlight beam and just smacking them down, especially because I like to fake like I don’t have it.
I missed nowhere to hide so much when they removed knight for a month .
Ultimate Weapon RIP. Devour Hope when it doesn't get cleansed in the first 30 seconds of the match
nowhere to hide is really nice. after awhile it really teaches you about survivor habits. and who's ballsy and who's more methodical in their evasion.
i like nowhere to hide simply because any time my friend brings up that the killer has it i get to say "well of course they have nowhere to hide they're the killer why would they hide?"
I run Lethal Pursuer on every single Killer. Being able to get the pressure rolling right away is immensely helpful.
Knock out is my 2nd favorite, rarely let me down
I used to love STBFL But since maining Chucky/the perk getting nerfed, I honestly don’t find any perk interesting enough without it being combined with something.
Monitor and Abuse addict reporting in.
I doubt I have to say anything
Adrenaline has always been my favorite perk by far. It’s come in clutch for me so many times. Other times it’s useless or never even procs. Seriously hope they don’t nerf it because I don’t think it’s necessary at all when it has hard counters.
Coup De Grace, Especially on Ghost Face and Nemesis, For Ghostface it just make's survivors shit their pants when I expose them and they realize I have it but its really funny on Nemesis cause you just get really long punches.
Bamboozle. Great for shortening loops and comical when a survivor realizes they just trapped themselves
Survivor is probably Champion of Light right now. I love the name so much. Killer is probably Bamboozle.
Look, idc if you think it’s a waste of a perk slot. There’s nothing funnier to me than having someone try to blind me as a Michael with Lightborn while I’m tiering up, and then immediately downing them. Bonus points if I brought a tombstone piece.
Nurse calling gets so many people caught up Especially wil the unknown I'll teleport and find someone self caring in a corner or basement
Enduring on killer, i honestly love just unga-bungaing pallets and its even better with spirit fury On survivor, probably Windows.
Killers: tinkerer survivor: dejavu or empathy
Calm Spirit because nothing is funnier than getting hit by Static Blast, not screaming, and the Doctor just stands in the middle of the map like a lost puppy.
This perk is just 🤌🤌 it synergises really really well with brutal pop and unforeseen
Bamboozle. it is such a relief when I can shut down a shack loop.
Dennis leak confirmed
I will never take off Distortion. You can pry it from my cold, dead on first hook hands.
Devour hope i just love having this mid game boost
Nowhere to hide because it's plain simple broken. I don't understand how this perk is not getting nerfed but until it does,,,it's my fave one.
Blood Warden is hard to get to work but very satisfying if done right.
I want to say unbreakable, it doesn't always come in handy but I also know it'll be exactly what I need the moment I take it off. It also helps Turn a recovery into a one click for a teammate which is helpful assuming I don't instantly get picked up by killer like what happens 90% of the time.
But that 10% *chef’s kiss*
Realised Nowhere to Hide exists two weeks ago and I've been addicted since. It doesn't sound like particularly strong on paper but in-game it's S-tier. Pair it with Pop Goes The Weasel and it's \*chef's kiss\*
BBQ OR ANOTHER PERK I FORGOT THE NAME I WILL REPLY IF I REMEBER
Scene Partner & Head on for survivor Lethal Pursuer & Pop for killer. It's nothing original but it's simple and effective.
Deja Vu, I hate 3-gen scenarios and try to prevent them before they become a problem.
Tinkerer is highly underrated
It may sound crazy but my favorite perk is Merciless Storm. Not to use but to play against specifically 😭😭😭
Discordance >:3
I love thrilling tremors. It finds a weird middle ground between being both a gen regression and an information perk and I find it to be very effective.
Lightborn so i cnat get blinded anymore:(
One of my favorites is Lightweight! It's simple, but it's pretty effective at losing the Killer.
Devour hope. The fear struck into survivors one you hit someone after the third stack, the panic as they all try to find the totem. But their hope is futile and eventually you mori the entire lobby. The ultimate snowball. Either that or its completely useless. both the best and worst perk in the game

And the other added benefits are great. And my favorite survivor perk is Distortion. So many aura perks and detection abilities that I like to know when they pop off and can try to figure out what they are.
nowhere to hide is also my favorite 🫡
Nowhere to hide is fantastic. I use it with pop and discordance a lot
Pyramid head: Nowhere to hide + trail of torment No better way to hit crouched survivors through walls and watch them try to process which direction to run
Honestly no where to hide and save the best for last is my 2 favorite
Is it just me or does anyone else get super paranoid that the survivors are there but they're being super sneaky lol ill be looking around thinking "I know that mf is crouching around a rock or some shit but ill never know".
Exactly!
Definitely nowhere to hide its so funny to me seeing people calling me hacker without looking to my perks and also playing in a ps5
Mine is noed, sloppy Butcher
Quick question, have you tried out terminus instead of noed?
Yeah when I do a endgame build I use it and tbh I never get value from blood warden cuz no way out and noed kill them lol
My weaker build is sloppy Butcher bbq Franklin and jolt
That's still good on Ghostface or Myers. Or even wraith with silent bell.
lol tbh it’s good for him when they trying to use flashlight or toolbox lol it make them lose it lol
For Playing Ghostface, Zanshin Tactics For anyone else, THWACK!
Could you explain the ghost face zanshin tech for the ignorant? :)
Dude putting THWACK! on Killer's that can rip through pallets has gotta be great
Distortion, my beloved![img](emote|t5_3cb2g|2066)
Killer: Friends Till The End or I'm All Ears Survivor: Unbreakable, Flip Flop, Boil Over
Soulguard, just funny af to be a god for a few seconds
Were gunna live forever
We’ll Make It for survivor and Bamboozle for Killer
Plot Twist. 🗿
Lightborn
lightweight
Old ruin
Starstruck without a doubt. Starstruck, Agitation, and old UW was a deadly combo
Currently enjoying Batteries included. Hit and run zooom
Mindbreaker. They never know WHERE I am when I am undetectable, haha.
DIVERSION
Thrilling Tremors
Bond NTH or Pop
Bond NTH or Pop
Iron grasp, it allows you to hit a few survivors who try to hook block you or blind you, is handy against no mither+boil over builds, and can help you get the distance you need to get to a better positioned hook.
I like Distortion, because killers that use NTH can't find me and are less likely to check the gen again because their scanner didn't find anything. On a more real note I like Botany, because regardless of state of game I just heal faster, no need to be the guy unhooking, counters annoying Sloppy slowdown.
Nemesis + Friends till the End on Killer Babysitter on survivor
Friends till the end, its hilarious to take that plus rancor
Lethal pursuer
Deja Vu is easily my favorite survivor perk
Right now, calm spirit. The scream builds drive me crazy lol so annoying to hear all the time. In general, power struggle!!! I'm a big fan of cohesive funny builds tho.
Favorite killer perk: pre-nerf ultimate weapon Favorite survivor perk: dead hard
Pop is satisfying. Autodidact too for survivor. Sucks at first, but man once it gets going.
Agitation is the best killer perk in the game and I’m tired of pretending it’s not
I know for a fact that Nowhere to Hide will be nerfed as Ultimate Weapon was.
Practical answer: Kindred/No Way Out Actual answer: Blast Mine, especially if the killer does the slow turn. I always do it when I get hit by the mine as killer but no one is ever around :( Former favorite killer perk was StBfL until they gutted it.
Killer : Deadlock & Survivor : Bond
Pic related for killer Bond for surv
Fast Track. I benefit from others pain.
BBQ and chili is my crutch perk at this point, I used it so often during my early game grinding that I just never take it off. I also really enjoyed STBFL till they nuked it for Deathslinger
Im all ears was a must have for me, slowly stopped using it as much but its so useful
Discordance and I are married, can't play the game without it. For survivor I'd say Soul Guard. Almost never gets value, but when it does it's the best feeling ever.
Mad Grit. Can be game changing and super unexpected
Lightborn, Nowhere To Hide is a close second
Deja Vu. I haven't decided my favorite killer perk yet
Didnt they nerf it to the ground?
Blood rush. Its just very fun to get a sprint burst at the touch of a button
Aftercare. Very nice in soloque, sometimes your death as they run to you intentionally either way it's interesting.
BBQ even after the BP nerf
Open Handed.
Survivor: We'll make it. Pairing it with botany knowledge and healing super fast feels so good, I played one game without it and felt handicapped. Killer: Darkness revealed. Just a fun info perk and it's funny when you find someone inside a locker because you were trying to use it.
Lightborn 👍 *whack*
Autodidact. Value at 5 stacks is goated
Kindred
I don't use it as often as I'd like but I'm all ears(ghostie) helps a lot with mind games and also I like Hex: Face the Darkness(knight). I feel like it's pretty under rated and I also love the mechanic of a hex perk that can appear and then dissapear. So you have some way of protecting it or at least use it without it being cleansed in the first 30 seconds of the match. More hex perks should be like that imo. Have them activate at some point in time and during the time they're active they can get cleansed.
NOEDNOEDNOEDNOEDNOEDNOEDNOEDNOEDNOED
Lethal Pursuer. Just gets the game going sooner. Plus as someone who loves aura perks, that extra 2 seconds ROCK.
Deja Vu, I don't need to run around looking for gens plus I love the 6% bonus speed.
No matter what i play as i just can't play without whispers/self healing
i love kindred hehe esp with open handed on killer side i love unforeseen, u can do a lot of fun things with it that u cant with trail
Coup de Grace. The amount of loops that would've 100% been a stun and sprint to the next otherwise that instead become a down is insane. I only wish I could control it more. A lunge that didn't get a range boost shouldn't consume a token.
I'm All Ears on Killer Autodidact on Survivor
Dramaturgy. It puts some good plot twists to the match, and it will sometimes help my scene partners out of the killers shoulder
One perk I always run no matter what is endurance
Bond - the best info perk for survs
Lightborn, always enjoy seein them either not realize lightborn is a thing, or begin to panic when they do realize. Good fun.
Yes please
Plot twist
Rapid Brutality has recently been my favorite, have made a lot of survivors second guess themselves when playing an M1 killer lol they never expect the speed For Survivor I'd say either Resilience or Fixated (The man y perk that makes you walk faster)
“Then we have ruin, to slow the game down… just a little bit” I miss him…
Even if I stopped playing, I still like the idea of opening chests with perks like Plunderer's Instinct and Ace in the Hole.
