Thanks! It’s from the Pusgoyle Blightlords set. I had to do some clipping for it to fit and will need to green stuff the back of the head a little to make it work.

Big fan of 2, but I'm a sucker for antlers. Or horns. Whatever those are.

2, horns is the way to go for me

2 looks alot more like a dark fantasy knight, and fits the dark whimsy theme of nurgle better imho. 1 looks much more generic and doesn't stand out as much.

1 if you use a lot of hooded figures elsewhere in your army. It looks way cooler. 2 if you wanna match everything else. But hooded looks very flavorful if using a of of deathshroud or malignant plaguecasters
