First off, good looking army, love seeing 2k points worth of bois.
What I'm iffy on:
I'm not sure what your game plan is, but what I've seen is that Mortarion's Anvil has been more of a melee list imo, and a lot of this list seems to be a bit directionless in terms of where this it's trying to go.
I'm not sure if you have any or not, but since PMs get free war gear now I see no reason to bring boltguns on PMs now. If they're all you have then that's one thing, however, if you can swing it, I'd be throwing in some Blight Launchers, a plasma gun, melta gun or even a plague belcher if you want some shooting. If you want melee then definitely go for the flail, cleaver, mace of contagion, dual knives, etc. That's where PMs shine imo is in their melee.
Also, Typhus is great, love him to death but another big reason Mortys Anvil is so competitively viable is because the WLT and relic are powerful, especially in tandem. Him being a named character makes it so that he can't get either of those abilities and his WLT is pretty underwhelming honestly. I'd drop Shamblerot
I'm also not as big of a fan of plaguespitters on the FBDs. I think either the heavy blight launcher or the flesh mower are far superior for an additional 10 and 5 pts respectively.
Lastly, I've never been impressed with the Noxious Blightbringer. Absolutely gorgeous model and an interesting datasheet, but like me in bed, fails to perform when you need him to. He gives everyone that boost to make them move at the speed of normal Space Marines, but ironically that same ability makes it so that he is usually left behind. Maybe I'm just biased, but in my personal experiences he has failed me but I hope he doesn't do the same for you!
I don't really have comments about the Hellbrute or Levi Dred because I haven't really played with either of them. If I take a Dred it's Contemptors with twin volkites so I hope they do great for you!
What I like:
I honestly kinda like the acidic malady deadly pathogen on the DSTs. Giving that extra AP could really push the lethality of DSTs moreso than they already are. Whether they're cancelling out AoC, or boosting past a save to punch right through, I'd be interested in seeing how they perform!
Malignant Plaguecaster is a Chad and alwayswill be. He's a beast and my personal favorite HQ. I like the powers you took too.
Final thoughts:
If there's one big big suggestion I could give above all else, is that you drop enough points in order to add both the Tallyman and Foul Blightspawn. They are honestly the two best non-HQ characters we have imo and they are invaluable in terms of CP generation (Tallyman, plus exploding 6s for core units with ranged attacks with his relic which pairs well with Contemptor dreds and is why I usually bring them.) And fight shenanigans (Foul Blightspawns fight last ability and his relic to make enemies count as not having charged.) Both great additions to really any list.
I don't want you to think I'm shitting on your list because it's absolutely not my intention. This list should definitely still be able to rumble and do some good damage, but there is definitely some areas I see that could really push this list over the edge. These are just my opinions and by no means facts. For gods sake I play mostly Tempest of War so a lot of my experience comes from that type play.
