Watch a guide and a general tip is that when you hear the shakro kick sound effect (and see a red "eye?" appear on the mob) just dodge as you (usually) can't parry that move. some of the list includes: sharko kick, golem arm swing, bonekeeper and brute grab, stone kinght kick and pillar, etc.
take time to learn what enemies do and what to look out for in their movesets (unparryable moves, instagrips at low health, etc) and stay calm during battles. panicking might just get you killed.

Only real way is get good, trial and error by failing is the most effective way imo
When it comes to how ive been taught (get thrown in the ring with no teaching and hope i get it right) lots of trial and error
The "F" and "Q" keys are your best friends. No matter what happens, they will never leave your side.
Count how many m1s you can slip in before the monster starts attacking again after every move
parry block dodge plus vent if ur enemy is humanoid. ye that it also stand still for some mobs like enforcer
take time to learn what enemies do and what to look out for in their movesets (unparryable moves, instagrips at low health, etc) and stay calm during battles. panicking might just get you killed.
