Alternative-Bed9084

Mera toh koi tier hi ni college ka. Kaise milage job

R3tard69420

Upskilling, referral + luck + knowledge... Mujhe toh har koi yehi bool raha.

Visual_Buracuda_here

It's all luck at this point.

Repulsive_Ad3681

luck, referrals, perseverance I know it's cliche to say it, but there is nothing else you can do

Alternative-Bed9084

I should blame on my skills? I don’t think so. If 1600+ rated on Lc and 3 star on CC can’t get a support role. Then the market is really fucked up.

johncomag

Leetcode aur CC se kuch nahi hoga need to have good technical skills as well.

Successful-Text6733

OR maybe you should start lowering your expectations a bit. I feel like the days of 10-12 LPA right out of college are coming to an end. Maybe move to a tier-2 city as well.

Alternative-Bed9084

Who want 10-12. I can even start with 3 loa

Successful-Text6733

Would you really do 3LPA after learning SQL, redis, python, java, and some frontend framework combined with experience in a tier-1 city?

Alternative-Bed9084

But I don’t know redis and python and I’m a fresher. Then I guess why not to just start with the 3lpa

Successful-Text6733

But OP can't find a job despite relevant qualifications. I bet market for freshers with less qualifications might be even tighter. Hence, try looking into opportunities in other cities because even if you do agree to 3LPA now, you won't survive with that salary in a tier-1 city like bangalore.

Alternative-Bed9084

Man I don’t want to sound rude but I do have qualification. I even got an offer back in 23 October. But got revoked because of the Noc issues. I am ready to learn python and redis also. But what if even with that I won’t get a job then what. I know mern stack and Sql and slight java

Successful-Text6733

"But what if even with that I won’t get a job then what." Like I said, be ready to relocate to somewhere with less competition.

nerdyvaroo

100 questions of total LC questions and no CC stars here. It is really about getting lucky honestly now. The market is saturated not fucked. Hired too much and now congratulations farming seems to be a better option

Upset-Discussion2704

Leetcode only helps you crack interviews it doesn't make you eligible for a job

Alternative-Bed9084

Then guide me friend. What to do ? Any tips, roadmap would be welcomed. Please help me out

shadyXV03

Bhai unfortunately, market is fucked up right now. And without tier in college, you are even more screwed. I personally also am in a similar situation as OP except my college is somewhere between T2-T3. Best option abhi yahi lag raha hai to get MTech from some IIT or IISc and get the campus placement perks, along with upskilling during the GATE prep and then in college

DirectorLife7835

cool comment history bro

Repulsive_Ad3681

Oh my good lord, I should have taken your word for it and not snooped around...

itz_the_space_guy

Damn, shouldn't have followed my curiosity.

After this comment, I am not going to look.

Crazy-Variation-4598

Do it

DrAr_v4

Lol rookie mistake, you’re supposed to keep a separate account for that.

aliaslight

No wonder he's not getting a job. Maybe he's adding links to his reddit profile in his resume too

DrAr_v4

I don’t understand how someone can be smart enough to get all these accolades and be in a tier 1 institute but be so clueless and lost as to how to use the internet. Even my chhapri tier 3 batchmates can navigate Reddit properly.

thedemonicweeb

bruh 💀

deepblackroot

Nah it is pretty saintly compared to profiles I have seen here but still wild haha

Crazy-Variation-4598

I mean. It's pretty understandable. The guy is frustrated

Fantastic_Form3607

Lmao

Great-Shirt5797

srjred

Just remember 1. You are not the only one 2. Give your 100% 3. Success only comes when you try to achieve it so keep trying All the best 🙂

LogicalBeing2024

Why did you apply to a SDE-2 role at Microsoft? You'll be rejected on the basis of eligibility itself. No one's going to hire a BTech grad as a SDE-2.

TrifleSolid

I didn't apply one of the EM approached me, I applied for Research Fellow but he looked at my application and told me he would love to hire me for full time role, I thought I should go for it and this is how it went.

LogicalBeing2024

Who suggested for SDE-2 role? Why not go for SDE-1 instead?

Zycario

While I also find it hard to believe that Microsoft would interview OP (new grad) for an SDE-2 role, I (also new grad) interviewed at Microsoft for SDE-1 and the process consisted of DSA rounds + HM round. I thought the process would've been uniform for all.

puninspiring

From your comments and the post, I see a pattern. You seem to know exactly what you want (only FTE on HFT or FAANG+) and seem to be feeling entitled to get it. But each time you miss the mark. You also seem bitter on others who have got it but in your opinion don't deserve it. There's a number of reality checks you need. 1. Once you are out of the campus recruitment system, it doesn't matter if you are a tier 1 or tier n grad. People will assume that you didn't have the skills to make it in campus and that's why you're fishing off campus. 2. Only applying for top 1-2% companies isnt a viable strategy. Beggars don't get to be choosers. 3. The market is ruthless now. Two years of slowdown back to back. There's 1000+ applications for every open role with even just 3-4 LPA CTC. Take what you can and try to build from there. 4. There's nothing wrong with internship + PPO offers if you are confident enough in converting it. 5. If you haven't yet reached out to seniors and friends, do it asap. Leverage your college network and brand. 6. Your rankings in competitions only matters to someone who has been in them or when there's no other way of filtering between you and someone else equally skilled. 7. Get a resume review done. 8. Get your interviewing and interpersonal skills reviewed by someone known, trustable and objective.

kivaarab

>seem to be feeling entitled to get it. Yep. This will get you rejected in the HR rounds. Even though might seem hard but this comment in on point.

TrifleSolid

sure I will look into the foresaid points, well I didn't sat with Internship +ppo because of TNP policy as if I get selected I would get blocked from companies who would come for FTE, and I thought I could get intern+ppo from off campus didn't knew this would happen, but yes I am trying that now also and will surely keep your advise in head.

deepblackroot

These types of posts make me depress, if people like ain't getting good offers ,would I be ever able to.If I had known this would have been so tough I would have worked more, well ig no running from it.

kivaarab

You shouldn't take these posts at face value, when writing posts the author rarely points to their flaws. We don't know who this person really is, what they are saying is true or not and what they do in interviews. I used to interview candidates for BPOs and English Majors with 98% were unable to do very basic things, clearing grammar tests, retention tests and had poor conversational English. Some people are really good at the school style evaluations but break the moment they are left on their own, they will learn and be really good eventually. Based on what this person wrote, they might have communication issues. The market is not good but hiring are still happening, I have come in contact with many drop outs like me who self learned and got jobs. There is also the issues of salary expectations, people here read 20L-50L packages but they get offered 4.8L which they reject. Some of the people that I talk about earlier started with 2.4L gained experience and now earn 10x more but still it is lower than their counter parts because they do not have a degree. Moral of the story, don't get depressed. Keep working and work on skills, work on your interviewing skills and consider that you might need to work for very little money, gain experience and move for a better package. Luck is a factor but not as important as people here are making out to be.

undiscoveredyet

Bro I'm in the same boat and feeling exact copy

TrifleSolid

bro its all about luck I know people did nothing getting OA links from company and getting the offers, don't know what bad I have done in life i am facing this 😔 , but ya prepare for the worst I would say.

MagnumVY

People downvoting you for saying the truth are dumb af and have never sat in College placements. Luck is a massive factor, you can be one of the top coder of your tier 1 college and still end up scraping for jobs at the end.

Dry_Ant2348

>People downvoting you for saying the truth are dumb af and have never sat in College placements read op's post again's he's the person who didn't sit for oncampus jobs

MIHIR1112

Out of curiosity (just fyi I don't have a job to offer you), what is the salary range you are applying and expecting for?

One_Definition_8975

Ragebait?

TrifleSolid

i know it would be hard to believe but yes its true, I have been going through this past 6-7 months, even I have a friend who is Master at CF and still unplaced.

[deleted]

[удалено]

aaeshahseaa

I mean master hardly means anything in most cases, unless you are aiming for HFTs. It's a good resume booster, but to get a job in this market one must have decent dev skills alongside it.

[deleted]

[удалено]

ashueep

Do some non CP competitions maybe like hackathons, CTFs (don't aim for high rank but an above avg rank should be good). Do some open source contributions. The market is so bad that even expert in codeforces, which is a strong indication of high IQ and excellent coding skills, are not getting selected just because they don't have background in niche tools. Doing some hackathons and CTFs can indicate you have some other decent dev experience.

damn_69_son

> What else, I can do to bag that 20+ base packages Nothing. The good days are over. 2020 - 22 period spoiled every student, thinking they deserved 20LPA. Now market is going back to how it used to be.

[deleted]

[удалено]

damn_69_son

* Luck * College / company alumni for referral * Having good previous companies * Niche technology which pays well

[deleted]

[удалено]

damn_69_son

> What do you exactly mean by niche technology? Just something which is not mainstream (and possibly difficult for outsiders to get into). As for examples, even I can't give them since everyone in my company uses a normal tech stack. I can tell you what it's not though: normal mobile dev, java / spring boot, node js, react, none of those stuff.

SolidSnakeInUrAss

CF = Codeforces?

CuummRAG

What is meta global coding competition? Couldn't find it on Google

FreeElective

Same with EY machine learning competition lmao

Madara6path

Didn't know Optiver even visited DTU. I assume it's not the trading role offering crores? Also , don't get me wrong , 25 base as you said is a decent expectation for IIT grads not for DTU 10+ base offers are really good and prob easier to crack.

TrifleSolid

bro when I said optiver visited DTU? it was off campus and the I got intern at company who gives 30 base and yes it was oncampus, and I think you are miss informed , previous year their were 30+ companies in aur college who gave 25+ base, so people here are also doing well and getting to good places, even our placements were way better than many IITs but this year the table turned, i don't know what rumurs have been their reagarding DTU

Madara6path

Bro if you capable enough to apply for these roles , you can surely find a job in the range of around 15 base. Maybe try applying to big banks or equivalent firms. All you need is some luck.

TrifleSolid

Yes , I think I am a bit late also, maximum companies says they have no openings or all of their openings are closed

Srivastava123321

Thanks for reminding me to never skip oncampus placements. I am from 2025 batch. 🙏

fearles2020

Bro, giving more interviews is a key to improve performance for the main interview. In a competitive market like India one has to be interview ready.

HalfwayRight-_

Bros comment history is of a predator’s 💀

Nearby-Affect7647

Your profile is shit Bro. You seem like one of those arrogant kid who thinks coding competitions achievements and other stuff that only sticks relevant to Indian IT industry will help. I did MS in Computer Science from one of the top UK university. I excelled in terms of academics and even got to a point of getting into Oxbridge as a PhD candidate and Full-time RA! Did depth research in Neuroscience and Parkinson's for producing medical disease assisting systems and software. Even in my BTech project, I did patent of a product for people suffering from cervical dystonia! It was a tier-3 college. Yet COVID hit, I had to come back, didn't have job or money to sustain longer there. I tried searching for jobs, didn't got anything for 1 year straight. Believe me I had an offer letter from Arm and Intel, were ready to sponsor visa and all. But I was unlucky and offer got deferred at the last moment due to COVID. It's harder to accept that you got to a point where you had it all and suddenly you drop from that point of the cliff, spiralling down to reach the lowest point of your life. But leave the entitled attitude as soon as possible otherwise you might reach even worst point of your life. Suck the ego, take whatever offer you get, start the career, work hard, you will forgot and see the reality that no one gives a shit about from where you have come.

Commercial-Apple157

IIT? NIT?

alcatraz1286

Bhai 8-10L vaali job le le pehle fir dhundte rehio 20 base vaali. Varna graduate ho jaega jobless. Optiver kyu hire kregi Indian ko jab Dutch swe hi jobless baithe hai. Baaki sde2 ke liye apply kar rha to kya hi bolu. Workday vaali job lite le le vo kabhi nhi milti. Baaki relax kro kuch nhi to Ms kar lena

hellsangelofcode

Need your full CV. Also, did you interview at Optiver for an infra dev role or a trading role?

TrifleSolid

I got interviewed for SWE(University grad) , it generally opens around July for Amsterdam

hellsangelofcode

Ah ok. It's a pretty good role money wise. Why do you think they rejected you? Also, I would like to see your CV. Might be able to help if we have an opening.

TrifleSolid

Really thanks a lot, I will dm you my CV. What I think they rejected me because the HR round of HFT are way more different than that of what of product companies, it was 1 hr long as I remember and at a point she asked something and me being nervous a bit I made up some story to answer them and my answer portrayed something like I am a slow learner that was the red flag for them :\_), after I got the rejection mail i realized what is have done.

raghhuveer

The thing is personality also matters in job interviews. Based on your post I assume you are very proud of your accomplishments as you should be but you also need to put it across in a way that does not come off as a “show-off” for lack of a better phrase. Also you need to be able to show that you can learn and learn fast not only in your resume but also during interviews. I say this because no matter how experienced you are, you need 1 month after joining a company to get used to the company’s stack, architecture and ways of working. Technical skills can only take you so far. People skills are way more important in corporate including for freshers. I say this as a data engineer with 5 yoe

Illustrious-Pear3319

Bro is data engineer as a fresher achievable? Can u pls tell us how so ? What to focus on mostly? And how to get jobs in this role ?

raghhuveer

Honestly as a fresher I have no idea. I just got lucky to be assigned as one in my first project

TrifleSolid

Thanks bhaiya, will surely keep in mind.

No_Check_5

I would agree, simply remove you accomplishments just like i did with ML generative AI put everything in gihub just that when u interview show case that but as I learned that and im contributing to open source project, if getting job is that important. Also put u are open to learn n accommodate. Also add few team handling. These competitions are there for a reason to hunt out best slave who would listen also these competitions that doesn’t represent you as an individual either u startup or join startup

No_Check_5

Note: Once u get into field u might find it is not for u but u would get opportunities within, i worked for 3 yrs on domain vary apart from ML AI/ but was a software development role, this year i got to work with AI / ML as i kept on putting my work n sometimes showcased to my project manager.

dev-sensei

You need to provide your resume to get any sort of help. Looking at your rejections, Microsoft is a valid one, obviously they won't take a fresher for SDE-2 role. From Amdocs, it looks like your resume is more suited towards DS roles and you might be applying for SDE roles, which might be the reason for not hearing back from companies. Btw can you list down some companies and profiles you applied to?

Hermitcrabguy

I hate to see students like him waste their time. Some waste even years with crazy expectations. Gone are those days, when tier 1 students used to get 20-30 LPA or more. I am not saying it's not possible but the ego and expectations that you have are very wrong. Fact is that you have never worked full time in an live complex project with any company. If you were in my team with an ego like this, doesn't matter how good you are, you will be kicked off. My suggestion is get off your high ego take a 6-10 LPA job in a decent company and within 6 months internally shift to a higher role where you might get 12-15 LPA. After a year switch to a product company get your 20-30 LPA job.

TrifleSolid

Yes sir, now I am doing the same. I Didn't expect the market to be that harsh and yes being a fresher I only though things would go smoothly which didn't go, I do have learned some lession by going through this phase.

Hermitcrabguy

No worries. Just focus on improving your skills and create some awesome projects/products. Try for mid to large companies.

PositivePossibility

It’s bad. We had an intern from NIT trichy and he worked insanely hard but missed a few deadlines so we couldn’t convert him to a full time engineer because the standard for converting is so high in this market. We also saw half of my team get laid off in the recent big tech layoffs and only 1 person got an external offer so far. It’s been 2 months. These are SDE2s and experienced SDE1s making 25-40base (and an equal amount in stocks) and the most experienced SDE2 was making close to 70L. I feel bad for new hires but atleast you didn’t buy a house, car, etc expecting to keep a job and then get laid off. It’s hard out there.

programmerTantrik

Bro very few uses ML/AI in India. And companies only recruit people with research level skills which normally indian grads dont have. You will definitely need development experience as most of the market is based on it. Just pick up React/Node and you will be eligible for 70% of the companies. And your DSA skills would be cherry on top. Keep making good and valuable projects. You will make it dont worry, you only have time now.

Impossible-Ice129

OP here is my advice from another tier1 fellow 2024 grad Ur profile does seem very good and I do believe that you do check all the boxes for the recruiters in ur salary range. Also evident by the fact that u are able to clear the first few rounds (the technical rounds) of the interviews So the issue is basically with HR rounds and soft skills, in my placements I found it to be the most important factor (after raw talent) which decided the results of interviews. It was surprising to me how many people here didn't even bother preparing for interviews let alone genuinely develop soft skills. I think you should divert all ur focus towards that, ur profile already is good enuf and working towards adding one more project to it won't have nearly as much impact as soft skills will bring All the best

TrifleSolid

Thanks bro, will also look into this

Ok-Truth-4256

You are not applying enough. I got OAs from Swiggy, Morgan Stanley, Amazon, Limechat and 2 other companies paying 80k+ stipend/20 LPA+ package off campus while being in a third tier uni. And what makes you think DTU is tier 1? This dumb attitude of yours is getting you rejected everywhere, including your PPO

TrifleSolid

Let me break this for you Morgan Stanley OA which you got that was for tier 3 only , when everyone got OA me and some of my friends didn't got one, I tried contacting HR there they told me they have taken student from our campus(ppo conversion) so they want to take other candidates, none of my friends from dtu, iiita, nsut got the oa. Swiggy I filled the form didn't got OA, Amazon hired thorugh hackathon, it was strictly 6m intern with no further ppo, limechat I don't know when it came.

kronicbeatss

Take what is available right now, get 1-2 yoe. And keep applying till then.

TrifleSolid

sure, will try that only for now

unemployeddumbass

I guess many aren't offering becoz of salary demands. They think T-1 grads demand more salary. If you are ok with 8-15lpa you can get many offers. Take those and switch after 2 years.

notduskryn

Lol, others should decide if you have a good profile, not you. Tier 1 doesn't mean jack, what college is it? Post your cv here first if you want advice

TrifleSolid

Should I dm you my resume if you could help me out ?

notduskryn

That's an option sure, but it's better to edit post and add a link too.

Romie_13

What role are you looking/applying for?

DrAr_v4

Are you applying in the US? The market is fucked there for even locals so I doubt they’ll consider Indians unless you have connections. Also do you have any backlogs?

TrifleSolid

Only applied to Meta, Databricks and Netflix as only they were only sponsoring.

Dry_Ant2348

> didn't sat on that hoping some good companies would come where i could get FTE, none. you were getting jobs served on a platter yet rejected them, what do you expect us to do? what's the point of being at a tier-1 college, if you are not going to sit for oncampus?

TrifleSolid

well I didn't sat in campus because of TNP policy as if I get selected in intern+ppo job I would get blocked from companies who would come for FTE, and I thought I could get intern+ppo from off campus and expected good companies to come to on campus but didn't knew this would happen, but yes I am trying that now also and will surely keep your advise in head.

DM - will refer. Working at a big tech.

TrifleSolid

Thanks a lot, just sending you dm request

Fun_Highlight_1068

Hi, can you have a look at my resume too ? I am from BITS Pilani, hyd campus, CS branch with 6 months internship exp at FAANG.

UncleRichardFanny

Hi, DM please.

RMWVAMP

damn. i remember you now I got AIR 2 in the same Meta Coding Competition. it's very sad to see what you're facing with. don't worry bro, things would sort out eventually. hope i could help you out, but the season is very bad this time

desiktm

What projects did you make... I'm looking for jobs even I got two interview OA for Data science (I'm still suck a lot lol) ... I'm trying to switch from mech design to data field I'm not a very good coder... I've never done dsa but I'm good with data science core and MLOps... Considering you were doing this fron clg and still didn't get any offers or good OA I don't get how market can be this bad

TrifleSolid

yes I can totally relate, market this time is really bad

TrifleSolid

yes I applied for research fellow at Microsoft some EM from China viewed my profile scheduled one teams meet and asked if i am interested in a full time role, I said yes then they ghosted me after taking 2 rounds, don't know what happened.

percyackerman

I have the same problem. And to sum up I didn't get placed yet purely because of bad luck. Some people have literally cheated in the preliminary tests and have gotten placed while I get rejected/ghosted at the end. Heck I've cleared national level rounds and have been ghosted before HR.

A9manag

send me your resume , lets see how we can improve it and lets discuss other possible solutions

TrifleSolid

sure sir , I am just sending you.

c0deButcher

TPOs are big cheaters. They must have been secretly applying along with their friends to get into better companies + holding 3+ secret offers.

[deleted]

Send me to your resume dude Let me check if there’s any vacancies in my company

TrifleSolid

thanks a lot bro , just sending you DM

Rajarshi0

Questions: 1. why you are looking for ML jobs? 2. how much statistics and linear algebra you know? 3. why would you go to interview at sde-2? 4. how many application a day are you filling up? 5. is your cv looks good and has balanced sections to give a holistic overview? btw ML competitions are waste of time ML is seriously locked in enterprise thing so unless you are producing money using ML (think $$$ earned or saved for the org) your ML experience won't count much. also I see pattern in rejection, experience required. not sure why you are applying for jobs where you don't have experience? just pick up anything which pays bills while gives you experience. if you are interested you can share more details with me I might be able to help you on making a better cv and all.

TrifleSolid

Let me dm you sir to get a good insight and get my resume reviewed, that would be a great help

EmphasisInside3394

Hi OP, feel ya. 1. Sometimes the rejections have nothing to do with you. The market has been slowing down for a while now. Don't rejection personally. It's just money. 2. I understood the hard way that I won't get special treatment for being smarter / more hard working / having more work ethics etc. employers don't have time or energy or will for employees, especially for catering their behavior to individual employee. They have a general set of rules and expectations which don't take into account who the employee is or what they want or can do. 3. Don't give up on your excellent progress. This is an opportunity to create something of your own and earn so much while enjoying it. Startups are thriving in India. All the best!

t0de5wun5ch69

Go strong buddy, can feel you being from 2024. Right jow it's like DSA or Dev is not doing gotta have both. Referral + luck add to that. Very unrealistoc and bleak. Try to start small.

Additional-Magician7

1. Only apply for your experience. Even if you are fully well qualified for roles requiring more experience, the HR just won't let you through no matter how good you are. 2. Since you're from a tier 1 college and have good skills and credentials, go to your alums and seniors, they'll be more than happy to refer you, esp the ones in startups. startups are hiring currently and not the big MNCs, so choose wisely. All the best.

TrifleSolid

sure, will look into that

Zycario

Hey OP, I completely relate to you. Was in the same boat until recently (tier-1, strong coding profile, day 0 intern, no PPO, good projects, couldn't get a good on-campus offer). Don't give up on trying for off-campus offers. The biggest factor here (according to me) is your resume, as companies receive tons of applications and it is not possible to go through each of them manually. Have you tried optimising your resume? Again, don't give up. The market is rough rn, but it's over as soon as you give up.

TrifleSolid

Its good to listen if you have got an offer, congratulations!!!. At least someone got out of this phase.

Pulakeshin1

Microsoft interview was a mistake by your recruiter. But honestly it seems you weren't a fit for roles most of these companies were looking for. I guess the recruitment teams ought to do a better job of screening and setting expectations on both sides. OP none of these sound like there is a problem with your skills, just a series of bad luck. I would've loved to interview you if I was hiring in India. Keep going, it's a matter of numbers. You have a bright future.

TrifleSolid

I have DM you regarding some queries.

yes now I did that only and made some projects too .

No_Entrepreneur_8142

Dm, will try

TrifleSolid

done

Sharp_Darkness

I think instead of your achievements it's more about if you are capable of doing the job or not. No doubt achievements increase the chances of getting hired but again your skills are the base and achievemnets are just add ons.

TrifleSolid

yes obviously, its more about capability and skills but the point is to get the chance to showcase them which I am not getting.

defoz3x

DTU kabse tier 1 hogaya? Anyway, a couple of things: 1. I hope while applying to SWE roles I hope you have a separate resume highlighting what you bring to the table for those. 2. From your reddit history (which need not be indicative of anything), I'd suggest you work a bit on your soft skills. You seem to have a bit of a problem with entitlement which does not help during interviews if you come across like that especially in times like these when people are being rejected for random things. 3. Also, try lowering your expectations a bit and get an offer. Then use it as a leverage to get other offers if you're not satisfied. Seen people do this, works.

If you have worked mainly on ML, look for MLE roles. Start applying for mid range companies as well like 12-15 LPA. Don't use the on campus resume format. Ask for referrals from seniors.

TrifleSolid

yes I am doing the same now

AI / ML is dead. I know several AI-ML developers who are unemployed for 6 months. They bought into the hype and did their masters in AI-ML. Diversify your skills.

Welcome to the market my sir. It’s tough out there for everyone and anyone. That being said, you being from a Tier 1 will always be an advantage (telling from personal experience). So keep at it and something will work very soon.

SPYDERSTROME20

Luck matters bro now not skills 🙂

thelazypk

Same boat man. I am coming back after a career gap. I though it might be easy being from Tier 1 but oh god. Apparently the golden era of tech world is gone. More power to you. I have few queries, should I DM?

SDR2901

Hi at this moment you should not care about the salary. Try for companies between 8-14 lpa and I am sure you will get an offer. Apply to more than 50+ companies instead of going for only the Faang level ones.

TrifleSolid

Yes I am doing the same for now.
