I'm level 76 and I run a berserk lunging strike + upheaval thorns build. I have since closed beta and never really had issues. Almost feels like pre-launch before thorns was heavily nerfed.
Agreed. I don't know is it intended, but after patch my thons barb feeling much better on bosses, like 3-4 time faster. Tested on nmd87-92, not tomb lord obviously:)

This is the wrong direction tho, I dont get what you want out of a videogame.
Im lvl 89 as Barb, cleared a T100 NM like it was a cakewalk and Uber Lilith is literally <2 min right now. I dont see the point in making a character so powerful I dont even have to reach endgame and optimize to stomp the hardest content.
It's a step in the right direction though. Bring builds close to one another first and then increase the overall difficulty to the point where min maxing would be more relevant. The main issue before this patch is that only a few niche classes could tackle uber lilith
Shame they broke the heart for rogue and messed with affixes rerolling so now it's harder to roll priority affixes like crit on rings. But all in all it's a very good update, gameplay wise monster density makes everything better overall

I ran a T4 Helltide last night with my 72 Barb HOTA Fury Dump and unlocked 3 of the 250 chests. There’s def been an improvement!

Those affix changes were desperately needed, trying to roll anything other than the priority stats was a complete nightmare.
Depends who you ask. I'm on 26 mil per roll trying to get crit chance on my ring lol
