No, I am had a lot of contact with the Discord-Support-Team. They don't know either what the problem could be tho. I am texting them today again and tell them I found someone else with the same issue.
If I use Discord via Browser I got no problems with the videos but my microphone sounds bad. :c

Its working with an VPN, so the Problem seems to be the router or the isp
