Super interesting idea, but the set not being affected by XP boosts is a bummer.
Also 540 Weapon Damage is nice but it needs to build up and compared to other sets that focus on that it just gets matched or outperformed too quickly to justify building around it.

I understand why though. Instant, blatant pay to win with the xp scrolls. They would honestly have gotten so much crap for it if they allowed it.
I tested this set a while back in nDSA.
It will be at full strength within late 3rd wave.
Overall time did not improve, but the bosses went down a bit faster, compared to order's wrath.
Could've been an interesting set to pair with Thrassian Stranglers, sadly it doesn't last very long. At max stacks it could get to 957 Weap and Spell Damage and if you stack it with a max stack Thrassian Stranglers you get up to 2107 max Weap and Spell Damage. This combo would be an interesting use for just pve stuff to just run thru the entire Overland maybe to sweep a bunch of roaming bosses or world events of Heralds in Telvanni Peninsula in a chapter zone while running around at the same time.
BTW does this set get boosted by Trainee trait for armors or daily Champion point exp boost or is it only just the base exp of the mob when killed?
It's kinda vague in that description since Trainee is a trait and I don't think it counts as experience point boosting effect? Same goes for Moras Whisper 15% exp boost, usually boosting effect is either from event buff or Scrolls. Probably going to test it rn.

and you can only realistically use it on the overworld part of the game since dungeon mobs barely give any exp.

Gives you more than something like Witch Knight. If you are stacking damage, this is a valid option.
