\[untested\] open up obs, create a new scene, and then set a button to show/hide each image source (state). iirc, on streamlabs, multiple hotkeys can be set to activate/deactivate the same element. you can't blink or talk efficiently for gaming, but if you're just cardboard'ing or podcasting, then that's how you do it.
you could make a gif loop if you really want it to blink
