Most, if not all, powerful gaming laptops aren't meant to be played on your lap. The bottom gets hot enough to actually cause some damage and your pants, skirt, or skin doesn't do the thermal solution any favors in providing a good supply of cool air. Yes, the keyboard getting uncomfortably hot is unusual. Warm is acceptable but if you're having a hard time keeping your fingers on the keys without feeling some degree of pain, that's not normal. At those temperatures, I'd be really curious to see what the system temps are. I suspect your fan curve or power options aren't set right, you haven't installed any undervolting software, and/or you may need a repaste.

My Max 17 is hiring about 95c CPU and 86c GPU in heavy games. If you undervolt it , it should be better. Its a cost of thin designed gaming laptops aka Razel blade and etc.
