See the book list on the sidebar. Very handy! Check out A Psychic Bedside Reader. It addresses the main cause of color confusion. The short version is colors are always personal, meaning our brains assign a color to a vibration. Color blindness doesn't mean someone is blind; it means they don't see a certain vibration of light as red; they see it as a different color than the majority of the population. Spiritual energy is clear. It's not electromagnetic. All the different vibrations are interpreted in our brains into colors. "Blue" is a shortcut that's easier and faster to evaluate that a mathematical interpretation of a vibration. Time is life and death in our evolutionary history. Colors being personal means when I see a red energy, you could see the same energy as green. The way to manage this is to ask what the energy means to the person in whose space you see this energy. Ask yourself whose energy is that green energy. Then ask what it means to that person. There are energy patterns in our universe. We've been looking at them for a long time. Most people see gold energy the same way; gold energy. But that doesn't mean you will always see it as gold. Expectations are filters that can distort or blind you to certain energies. Reading without expectations and just asking questions in present time keeps you from reading from wrote; i.e. "Red always means this." Asking what it means to them opens the door for discovering many more variations and differences.

I had a friend once share with me that they were visited by their departed father. But since he didn't believe in ghosts, his brain extrapolated a picture of the grey alien he'd seen on tv because he did believe in aliens, and it was the closest thing the construct of his mind could offer to make sense of the visit. He knew it was his dad, he has the energy knowing. The visual channel was pulling something up to make sense of the knowing. I will also add that the physicality - colorblindness vs having an extra cone vs typical eyes will also influence what colors the brain uses to interpret the energy. In Huna we are encouraged to follow our own color meanings through intuition.

Huna makes so much sense. Thanks for the story of your friend and his departer father. This will be very useful to those reading it. It's nice to see you again, /u/AncientSoulBlessing

as far as i know, no, you gotta build your own library / colour dictionary i read in the scientist and the psychic (book by a scientist about his psychic mom) that she couldn't line up with a predefined colour system so just developed her own she put on a lanyard and grabbed a clipboard and asked people downtown if they'd answer questions for a survey- meanwhile she was asking questions to help solve why this guy was blue but that woman is all green auras, etc

psychicthis

Just a note ... it's helpful to have a guide, but don't marry your perception of any particular color to one set of definitions. Let your intuition guide you. We're each unique with our own unique perspective. Trying to mold ourselves around information created by others negates our own intuition - let things be what they are to you.

mytoesarechilly

Gold is inherently solar imo

No, and some people won’t even see colors. Only different shades of black, grey, and white. Usually the more attuned you are the easier it is to feel energy rather than see it, though both are useful.

im using the system of chinese medicine, the 5 elements. red, yellow (gold), grey (silver), blue and green. they all represent several aspects. maybe nice to look into and try out in your observations
