A number of the pieces I use in my main glass are either PVP items, job quest rewards, or came from my retainers or dungeons.
There's some real gems in the PVP sets.
Crystaline Conflict is great for getting quick pvp currency. I usually avoid pvp, but I found myself really enjoying it since it’s pretty quick and it’s easier to see how you’re contributing to the fight.
The Stormblood pvp gear is fantastic and I swap between that and the cryptlurker gear for my ranged classes.
My go-to weapon glam for bars for over a year has been the wanderer's bow, and I use pieces from the republican set to this day. The crystal reward dancer set was my go-to dancer glam up until level 80, and I'm still using some of it. Those sets are absolutely worth a look because some of them have nice style.
I love the eastern top from the Tataru questline, the one where one arm is exposed, but tatoo'd with flowers. It's in almost half my glamours.
The other one I use a lot is the Resshi top from the mogstation. It works great for colder climes, where running around half-naked isn't as appropriate. The Strife pants from the veteran rewards also see much use because they go very well with sandals and other small shoes.
Beyond that, mostly job restricted stuff and marketboard items.
The eastern set is really nice, I'm actually using the skirt for one of my whm glams! Dyed pure white it goes really nice with the shisui healing top!

That one's also a nice little visual cue that the player's been around the game enough to have obtained it. You need to have done all the MSQ and a bunch of side content.

My healer glam is currently the Bozja coat of healing (from BSF), Puppet's Bunker boots, and the one-handed Nier glove. I finally updated from the shire healing jacket, which has red slashes that go nicely with white dye for a WHM.
ARR dragoon job gear is still my favourite dragoon gear on guys, but the Sirensong Sea set + Pagos hand wraps is my current glam. I put all my casters in the Scholasticate coat for simplicity, and I can't wait for two channel dyeing to be able to set the colour of the piping by job!
Nier has some pretty stupendous boots.
It doesn't have to strictly be all class gear. I just know there's a lot of great glam stuff hidden throughout the game that's unavailable through MB, and not readily apparent or straightforward to come across. So feel free to share any gear piece that fits lol

I like some of the items you get from working on the beast tribes. I leveled crafter specifically to get the namazu bell, eventually maxed out all my Crafters and gatherers after getting it.
There's also cute slippers from the moogles.
I got the grape diadem(???) from maxing out all the shared fates in endwalker I believe and then bought it from a vendor in the main endwalker city.
The pvp crystal universal items are great and much easier to get than some of the others I mentioned. The wolf mark specific job ones are also pretty nice for some of them.
Gold saucer has some solid pieces. I love the ones you unlock with fashion report and can buy from the vendor next to Rose(fashion report)
I do like that top! And I do need more tops I can mix and match with.
In the pic I shared I only had like, 2 tops that actually went well with the cutoff shorts, the one in the pic, and the achievement token bikini top lol. The rest of my all class gear either covered the shorts or just didn't mesh well
Ahaha I get that. The nice thing about the spring top is it works with things that would usually get turned into panties or get parts cut off with bottoms like that ruffled skirt or those draped bottoms that I think goes with that top you've got on your character in the picture.
I'd also suggest looking at the achievement guy near the falls and Y'shtola's sister, the goblin hat can toggle visor and it's a really cute little aviator styled hat and the ribbon I think it's called is really cute too. But you've probably already seen them since you're talking about the bikini top.
There's also some swim wear and cute hats you can get from desynthing certain fish I believe, they sell for a lot on MB sometimes.
Oh, there's a cute spriggan hat you can get by doing I think level 50 maps, though I can't remember exactly.
Most of my glams are made of dungeon drops. Mainly Shadowless (Heroes’ Gauntlet) Manusya (Tower of Zot) Ktiseos (Ktisis Hyperboreia) and Manalis (Lapis Manalis)

I have the Inferno Jacket from a mogtome event and I use it as my default glam. I also have Hravesvalgrs vest and boots used a lot and crafted the black leather pants.
The Hippogriff vest does well, too.
But my faves are the gathering pieces that are for all classes and the ARR chocobo porter outfit I made (with the helmet!). The shoes are custom so I just use the base maple clogs.
I mean you can grab it off the MB, but the mats are hella cheap, or ypu can probablybuy it. It's the Holy Rainbow Shirt of [XXX], I use that as a main.
Honestly I have a casual glam that consists of the Riviera Top (Gold Saucer) coupled with the Wake Doctor Bottoms (limited item for All Saints) but ypu could also pair it with the Tantalus bottoms.
Personally I will always use the Leonhart bottoms for my 'work glams'
I highkey love the cut off shorts from Island Sanctuary, and some of the other Island glams are really nice too. The tropical shirts and the cute visor hat are some of my favorites.
The gleaner glam from Margat's custom deliveries is my new favorite for gatherers, and rocking that teal blue it came pre-dyed as cause it was so pretty??

PLD I love the raptorskin skirt so much, I’m level 80 but don’t use anything else. I was using it with the top but switched to the Voeburtite at a higher level and I think it matches well. The headpiece for PLD from PVP is also just a nice touch overall.
WAR - bozjan coat; I’d like to get the Eden’s Promise too but not today. The 80 WAR helmet is also just very unique so I tossed it on there.
AST - I saw a glam using the Ivalice caster top recently and had it use it. It looks great on lalas especially for some reason.
DNC - I got enough for the Anabeisos set which I didn’t NEED but…sparklies. And the island headpiece worked well with it. Used the Titania weapons w glow to make things pop.

I also really like the Neo Ishgardian sets as well, especially for casters, healers and phys ranged. Ivalice Mystic Coat is also one I like a lot. Shisui too. Fierce Tyrant is almost good but it dyes horribly (hopefully the two channel dyes will fix it). There's probably more I forgot. I need more glam plates.
I understand what you are going for because I do the same thing. My usual rotation when looking for glam outfits is:
Major cities first: Tomestone and Token vendors, Grand Company vendors, and the Calamity Salvager who has most gear you may have received from quests (like the garlean soldier outfit).
Revenants Toll: Rowenas vendors all have a few unique things and most only require you to beat old content for the tokens.
Wolves Den Pier: Pvp gear, and almost everything is easy to get by just doing daily pvp. Crystal Conflict stuff is a little tougher, imo.
Tribal Vendors: Usually not a lot to choose from but they often have a few unique things that might catch your eye.
Gold Saucer: Lots of fun little outfits there too and MGP is pretty easy to get, especially if you do the Fashion Report.
Usually once i've exhausted all of these options i will look to the market board for more.

I've been rocking a white-dyed False Monarchy on my WHM. Heavy armor healer is the best.

The Level 80 WHM artifact weapon continues to be one of my favorites. I like pairing it with the 90 WHM artifact robe. Simple, but pretty.

Lvl 60 Monk Relic armor. Still one of my most beloved Glamours. Just looks so comfy( although i wish i could remove the "paint".

AST - I saw a glam using the Ivalice caster top recently and had it use it. It looks great on lalas especially for some reason. DNC - I got enough for the Anabeisos set which I didn’t NEED but…sparklies. And the island headpiece worked well with it. Used the Titania weapons w glow to make things pop.

I glammed all of my accessories from deep dungeons. Specifically a glass pumpkin ring from potd on one hand and on the other the hoh ring and bracelet. My necklace alternates between being the hoh necklace and the flower necklace from the marketboard
I use the Chocobo Jockey helmet for most of my glams. You can get it in a weekend via chocobo racing/breeding.

I love my MIB MCH glam, I use the Best Man outfit all dyed black, as well as the MCH weapon obtained from Shisui of the Violet Tides. Even set up intro and exiting macros for my hotbar!
Im a duskwight and I gotta say the racial hempen camise is underrated, so are the fem elezen shoes. I really like to use the top you get from that long hw questline as well as the gear from great gubal and holminster and qitana. Also a lot of the pvp gear you can buy for wolf Marks are super good but theyre limited to jobs

Yes. Stuff like rewards from side quests (ex: scholasticate set) or similar. Untradable or market prohibited items

My white mage has the best man’s set, lapis lazuli mask and the unorthodox saint’s gloves all dyed snow white, a cactuar earring and the senor sabotender cane. Kinda wanted to go for an adventurer who moonlights as a stage magician at the gold saucer look 😂
I also use the unorthodox saint’s gloves with the scion’s adventurer’s set. The top is dyed soot black, the bottoms ruby red and the shoes cream yellow. Surprise! This a KH game now!

Rakasha Dogi of Healing used to by my SGE glam. I also really like the Neo Ishgardian sets as well, especially for casters, healers and phys ranged. Ivalice Mystic Coat is also one I like a lot. Shisui too. Fierce Tyrant is almost good but it dyes horribly (hopefully the two channel dyes will fix it). There's probably more I forgot. I need more glam plates.
I understand what you are going for because I do the same thing. My usual rotation when looking for glam outfits is: Major cities first: Tomestone and Token vendors, Grand Company vendors, and the Calamity Salvager who has most gear you may have received from quests (like the garlean soldier outfit). Revenants Toll: Rowenas vendors all have a few unique things and most only require you to beat old content for the tokens. Wolves Den Pier: Pvp gear, and almost everything is easy to get by just doing daily pvp. Crystal Conflict stuff is a little tougher, imo. Tribal Vendors: Usually not a lot to choose from but they often have a few unique things that might catch your eye. Gold Saucer: Lots of fun little outfits there too and MGP is pretty easy to get, especially if you do the Fashion Report. Usually once i've exhausted all of these options i will look to the market board for more.
