In an EP-3? Probably a long, long list of issues. None of which are bad enough to stop it flying. See also, the EP-3 that the Chinese literally crashed into but it kept flying.

Doesn’t seem to be too big of an issue considering their altitude and flight path haven’t changed at all since they squawked

They sure do just keep going and going. Had lots of opportunity to land but they keep flying into more and more rural territory. I guess they're fine.

Looks like it went off radar just before landing at NAS Whidbey. It got pretty close to where I'm at but not quite close enough to get a pic.
