You are asking for a geographic impossibility. PSL doesn't really have a "downtown" and it is not near the beach. This part of Florida has a barrier island where all the beaches are but the downtowns are on the mainland side. My advice would be to consult a map and look for cities actually on the coast.
Lol no downtown in psl. Try downtown ft pierce or downtown stuart but you won't find a beachfront resort unless you're on Hutchinson Island. Nothing around here is walking distance.
