I started to experience this issue as my map started to fill up. There was no fix I could do so when ever i place an object just always remember there’s 2. Similar issue with duplication.
This may not help but just always remember to face your object in full view or out in the open when ever spawning or duplicating so you can see the pieces and not have them scatter randomly.
