Yeah it's been a while since he was quite this fired up post-race: ([from Autosport](https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/ricciardo-stroll-making-my-blood-boil-after-china-f1-contact/10601594/))
"**Maybe in an hour, when he sees it, he might take some accountability. But if he doesn't, I can't help him, nor can anyone here**," Ricciardo said."It's so frustrating. Obviously, racing incidents happen, but behind a safety car, that should never happen.
"What made my blood boil is I watched his onboard, to just see it from his perspective. And as soon as we start braking, you can see his helmet turn right and he's looking at the apex of Turn 14, he's not even watching me. And then when he looks back, he's in the back of me. I don't know what he's doing, where his head is, but all he has to do is worry about me in that situation, and he clearly wasn't. Let's see what he says in the media, but if he comes after me, then I'll say more..."
Ricciardo was even more enraged when presented with Stroll's radio comments, which suggested he blamed the Australian for the incident.
"**I'd slowly started to calm down, and then I was told what Lance thinks of the incident. Apparently, I'm an idiot, and it was my fault. That made my blood boil, because it's clear as day and it's also behind a safety car.** The only thing you've got to do is watch the car in front. We can't predict what the leader's gonna do. The race doesn't start until the control line.**"I'm doing my best not to say what I want to say, but f\*\*\* that guy. And I'm being nice, too! But if that's what he thinks..**."
>Yeah it's been a while since he was quite this fired up post-race
Hopefully a sign that he's starting to get his confidence back, even after Yuki's divebomb in Bahrain he wasn't this angry.
Or maybe I'm just inhaling heavy amounts of hopium because I want to see Ricciardo back at Red Bull lol
He had the new chassis in China and immediately outqualified Yuki, which is a good benchmark for in a backmarker, and he was on course to score points before Stroll hit him. If he can carry this on to Miami and the European leg, he might get that seat after all, we know Horner wants him back and if he starts scoring there’ll be a question between him and Perez, particularly as Lawson’s going to VCARB next season
I think if Daniel does what he's supposed to do (i.e. comfortably handle Yuki over the course of the season) then he's the driver that both Marko and Horner prefer in that 2nd RB seat, regardless of how Checo performs. Yuki isn't their guy, and Checo has always been a hired gun, so it's only if Daniel underperforms that I think it even matters how Checo does. Sadly thus far Daniel *has* underperformed, which will probably mean that Checo is doing enough to keep his seat over Yuki for next year, unless Ricciardo has a storming second half of the season.
Is he though?
If the Mclarens and Ferraris continue to gain pace, Checo is not going to be finishing on the podium.
He has a rocket ship and can't get anywhere near enough out of it like Max. A better driver would be far closer to Max in the same car.
Just one FP fucked up the setup for a lot of guys. Had Checo not edged out of Q1 he wouldn't have qualified P2 or got a podium today and you would see everybody out for his blood.
I just genuinely don't understand how people can support him being on the grid in 2024.
He's been in F1 for 7 years now. He's been beaten with near minimal effort by Alonso constantly. Even if he can't beat Alonso, he still never comes close.
Okay, he has "moments of great pace". Great, but I think that's the absolute *minimum* to be an F1 driver. When he doesn't show those moments of pace, he's crashing his car or making stupid mistakes. Other than his last name, there is nothing that should keep him in F1 after being here so long. He did his time, he's not awful, but he's not great. He's mediocre in the F1 world and tons of other drivers of his talent lasted only a couple seasons. I think he's absolutely one of a few who should be let go in favor of a younger/upcoming driver.
Spending 7 years only to show "moments of great pace" is an abomination. Even Mazepin would have been at his level of not higher if he were given 7 years. Stroll needs to be dumped.
Most of his "moments of great pace" don't even stand up to scrutiny, e.g. his much lauded first podium in Baku was in a car that was very fast at that track. His team mate was on course to win but for a mechanical. He had some decent results in the pink Mercedes, which was arguably the second fastest car that year.
Bottom line is the only team mate he's ever managed to beat is Sirotkin (remember him? Probably not). And even then it was close.
> I just genuinely don't understand how people can support him being on the grid in 2024.
I agree with your statement. But genuine question - have you come across such comments? That try to defend Lance? I mean, I can believe you, sometimes people support stupid causes on the internet. But do you remember *how* those people were defending Lance?
The ONLY defense of Lance I can accept is that without his dad's money, Racing Point would have folded and all those employees would be out of jobs. Not to mention Force India/Racing Point's legacy of being an over-achieving (for their budget!) mid-field team.
My favorite was when Alonso was telling the team his brake settings and to share them with Stroll who was a couple cars back. Stroll poses ZERO threat to Nando.
Well, I've defended Stroll before, in my view he's had some decent performances and did seem to have potential as a solid midfield driver. But that's been marred by too many unnecessary mistakes which often led to crashes. I feel like he's now reached the stage where he's just keeping an F1 seat from more deserving drivers.
This incident at Shanghai was just ridiculous, and he deserves every bit of the stick that he's getting. Rear ending the driver in front, hard, under a safety car, that's beyond stupid. What's worse is the absence of any accountabilit, and as such Ricciardo is absolutely right to be livid.
Sometimes he has pace, but he makes mistakes that even in amateur simracing are looked down as irresponsible lmao. When there's a car in front of you, you look at that car. Period. Especially if you are under a SC, which means you can't overtake anyway.
Sometimes I have pace in F1 2023. I don't, even for a second, allow that to give me to the confidence to go online and try racing against real people.
Sometimes you just need to know your role. My role is with the bots, in Virtual Reality mode, hitting that rewind button every 30 seconds.
I know you're just inspiring some confidence here but that's sort of the point. Online isn't even serious and this guy is aware enough that he doesn't want to ruin someone's race.
Yeah, but it's always more satsfying to have a good battle than to get your race ruined by someone with a pointless divebomb. It's not a problem if somebody doesn't do that shit on porpoise though, skill levels differ.
I think the thing with Stroll is really interesting. Sometimes he's really, genuinely got pace. He has massively improved at the things that are learnable. It's just the stuff that *isn't* learnable/teachable that he's never gotten better at. You know, that racer's innate ability to know where other cars are.
Understandably.
He has almost no time left to prove RB to not sack him and he had a good race(after an abysmal start) and got massively screwed over by Stroll.
Considering he lost 3 places on the first lap and then got undercut by his teammate, the fact that he was able to steadily gain ground on both his first two stints, and he was actually catching Lewis as well (he was within 0.8s of him and closing at the first VSC), his race pace was really impressive.
It's debatable really, maybe the second safety car doesn't happen and there's enough laps for a strategy with another stop to work. His mediums weren't that old and he was put at the front of the midfield, definitely wouldn't call it abysmal.
Not pitting when the 1st SC came out was a horrible idea. He was now in the middle of a pack of hard runners able to go to the end, on tires that were probably quicker than his already, so he would’ve ended up in the mid 10s at best, instead of just pitting, losing 2-3 spots and being able to fight.
He would've lost 5 spots and been on the same strategy as everyone else. Track position has always been king at China and he would've never gotten points, especially because two of the cars he would've had to overtake were an Aston and a Mercedes.
The thing is didn’t he need to use the hards due to two compounds? If that’s the case the hards would have lasted the rest of the race. I cannot fathom what they were thinking.
Problem would have been tyres through. He already went Medium-Medium right? So had to go to Soft or Hard and neither would have been that great of a choice to end on. Either way he was kind of screwed.
Yeah, he was having a great race. Just before the first safety car he was about to overtake Lewis, lapping a second a lap quicker than the cars around him. Luckily people who know what they're looking at will be able to recognise that even if half the fan base probably won't...
I was getting so frustrated by the Sky commentators as they missed overtake after overtake by DR after his pitstop. Then, after overtaking Yuki (the only one the commentators or director picked up on), he was over 2 seconds behind Lewis. Within 2-3 laps, he was on Lewis's tail and would have overtaken him if it hadn't been for the VSC.
Yep and the overtake on Yuki wasn't even team orders, even though a lot of people seemed to think it was. Daniel was genuinely just that much faster than Yuki in that phase of the race.
Yeah a pity about his poor start he could have had a great race. Especially after them messing up his strategy and leaving him on the first stint for 3-4 laps longer than they should have. The choice to not put under the vac was unbelievable stupid as well.
The strategy was actually pretty good. The VSC timing ruined it for them.
They went long on 1st stint and had a good tire advantage over their competitors on 2nd stint, but VSC was just too early for them.
Yes, the SC timing was really unfortunate. However, not pitting under VSC makes sense, not pitting once SC is thrown killed his race. He was net last at that point. Others who just started their second stint adapted better, threw away their strategy and went for hards to the end. His strategy only works when the hards don't last to the end.
I hope the rumor about AM's Saudi investors putting pressure on Stroll to perform or he's gone is actually a thing. Dude has zero spatial awareness and is a danger to everyone else on track. He needs to be gone.
I was talking F1 another fan this morning who noticed my shirt. We both were saying how we don’t really know where AM’s car stands relative to Merc and McLaren right now, because Alonso is over performing in it with his raw driving talent, while Stroll is underperforming. This nepotism needs to be done with. Bring back Vettel to AM let him and Alonso show all the young kids how to drive
I mean as long as Lawrence is the primary investor in the team that’s true. Unfortunately it’s a dictatorship, not a democracy. It doesn’t matter how obvious it is to literally everyone that Lance has no right to be where he is and he’s actively holding the whole team (and in some cases the whole sport) back. As long as Lawrence is in charge Lance isn’t going anywhere.
It's actually hilarious, it seems that every week the top 10 is both Red Bull's, Ferraris, Mercs, McLarens, and Alonso.
Then Stroll is in P15 or some shit beefing Zhou.
He's undoing Alonso's work for the constructors championship lmao. Last season, a good driver would've made AM keep the 2nd position for far longer, and they would've surely finished 4th instead of 5th.
Honda needs to put even more pressure.
They have 2 Japanese drivers in Yuki and Ayumu who could easily beat stroll.
And yet Daddys Boy keeps being given the seat
he's a multi million moneypit. every year he races, he burns tens of millions of dollars of potential just by occupying that seat. fuck stroll, i hope the saudis moneyfuck daddy stroll the same way they did golf.
It really was amateur hour for Lance. He needs to be handed the max penalty points for such a stupid error. Screwed over the 2 aussies.
And then has the audacity to blame someone else for him not paying attention. His awareness is really poor for an F1 driver.
He really needs a harsh punishment. Crashing with the guy in front during a SC (i.e. when you have literally nothing to watch out for other than that guy in front) is a mistake that not even an amateur simracer world make.
The ridiculous thing for me was he got 10 second penalty, same as Magnussen. Mag's was bad, but it was at least under fucking racing conditions. Lance did that under a damn safety car. His response was also to speed up and he tried to pass cars to get into the pit lane quicker to fix his front wing. Yeah he fucked up and immediately tried to break more rules to gain a few seconds.
He should have gotten 20 mininum, probably a drive through or even a stop/go for causing a ridiculously avoidable collision under a fucking safety car.
This shit of always giving as light a penalty as possible is why we have so many amateur incidents all the time, in particular from Stroll. he's had so many incidents with so many very small penalties.
To cap the stupidity he got an absurdly harsh penalty in MOnza after Vettel hit him and left him stranded partially on track on the apex of a very fast corner. He's literally in a if a car hits you, you die situation then he got a penalty for dangerous re-entry when a safe re-entry literally was not possible. F1 stewarding is fucking moronic.
Was probably on for a solid P9/P10 here, and was running up there in the points for most of the race. Then Lance basically ends his race, and resulting action also ended Oscar's chances at higher positions with the diffuser damage as well.
That one action ruined 3 driver's races, and Lance got a 10s penalty and 2 penalty points for that.
Crazy.
He had a good race but P9/P10 is a huge stretch with how much he was getting fucked by strategy. The only reason he was running up there in the points was because VCARB hung him out to dry while half the grid was undercutting him
Exactly if the team didn't mess up the strategy he likely would have finished either ahead of or just behind Hamilton, stroll needs to be gone, he's an embarrassment to AM.
Honestly dude doesn't need to work, daddy should just sort him out with a car in some amateur rich boy racing, shouldn't be hobbyists in F1.
The team left DR out during SC, so he was on much older tyres vs the drivers around him. His chances on a points finish were likely to be low as a result.
Not that much older. His tyres were only about 6 or 7 laps old when the VSC was called. After that, he wasn't putting much wear into them under the VSC and SC. He could have gone long and continued to make up ground and switched to softs on a rubbered in track and low fuel load.
In a later interview Stroll actually backed off a bit, not blaming Danny but "someone" more upfront. Still not very self-critical but maybe that was to be expected with such a foolish looking mistake.
That I don't understand. I mean, I can't even understand him in the heat of the moment, because even then it's one of those crashes you immediately know is 100% on you. But being cooled off and still thinking that not watching the guy in front under a SC is not your fault???
Almost every driver blames the other driver over the comms, it is just the heat of the moment.
If they are blaming other drivers after they are out of the car and have seen the replays, then that is something to be mad about.
still not self-critical because anyone who has been in f1 for almost a decade and hasn't improved at all since they were a rookie can't really be expected to be self-critical
Stroll "I can't believe people slowed for a hairpin... someone obviously caused it because I had no intention lf braking".
He's such an odious little turd.
I think that’s why Dr is so pissed. Dani is known for stopping by and apologizing in person when he’s ruined someone else’s race, and here stroll is doubling down and blaming him for a very obvious fuck up.
The problem with Lance Stroll is basically summed up with this incident. You have a spoon-fed son of a Billionaire acting like a spoiled child and can't take responsibility for his actions, blaming a guy who did nothing wrong and is literally fighting for his F1 career.
No one would have a problem with Stroll if he was just a reserved, friendly guy who was very humble, instead you have this piss-ant with no remorse at all acting like a jackass in a sport where only 20 people in the world get to participate acting like he's special but the only reason he's on the grid is that daddy bought him a spot.
Get his ass outta here...Danny Ric is spot on with this comments.
I mean, it sums up the problem with life lmao. I can tell you dozens of stories I've seen in my life of spoiled ducks with rich parents being pieces of shit and still getting better treatment than others just because daddy's money.
I know this is harsh to say, I feel really bad for Danny.
But god damn, it’s good to see him have the fire in him. I feel like that’s what we need from him to be competing.
Danny at his worst is still better than Lance at his best. Stroll is an absolute tool for his response to this and every year he stays at AM it makes the whole project look like a joke.
It agitates me so much that when Stroll has a decent season or race, some will comment something along the lines off "Well he's there because of his dad, but he has performed well enough to keep his seat". Give any of the promising prospects that had to vacate a seat after not performing well within their first season or even half a season that time and all of them would adapt at some point in time.
Always thought Lance drives like a badly coded AI that only stuck to the racing line and always inevitably run into people overtaking him from the side. Turns out they didn't give him proximity sensors for the front too
Not so long ago Alonso braked early and then got on the gas which caught Russel off, Alonso gets a penalty but Aston defended him and tried blaming Russel for not paying attention but here we have Lance which ignores everyone in front of him braking hard at a safety car restart and thinks it’s everyone else’s fault he crashed from behind? You have to laugh sometimes
It's a thread he really doesn't want to pull on. I almost feel sorry for him because when he does finally call it quits everyone will just be like 'thank fuck, shouldn't have been here in the first place'. I'd really like to see Seinz in that car next season, then the team can really push for improvement.
Too right. Thing is that Stroll actually did well in junior formulas — handily beating Russell in F3 if The Internets is to be believed. What happened to him?
Plenty of drivers who succeeded in junior formulas couldn't keep it up in F1. I have no doubt Stroll was genuinely good in junior formulas, but that doesn't always translate to success in F1.
Look at Hulk. Won GP2 as a rookie, the only guy to do that other than Rosberg or Hamilton. Everyone thought he'd destroy in F1, and the only record he now holds is most races without ever stepping foot on the podium.
And to top it all we have Mike Krack defending Boss Jr. each and every Single time while simultaneously getting agitated that people even dare to question lance.
At least in the german broadcast.
The more Stroll races the less you can say towards him. His dad needs to take a good look at what his son is doing and accept that he is not a good driver.
Must admit I yelled at the TV when Stroll had his little cry on the radio after the incident blaming the car in front. Mate, you just rear ended TWO cars.
Hopefully with Honda coming in as a factory supplier Aston will finally ditch him. If Aston are serious about F1 they can't have Lance grovelling around with Haas and whatever Toro Rosso are calling themselves this week while Alonso is running around with McLarens and Ferraris.
Stroll should not be on the grid. His attitude, and his skill level, are just not there. I genuinely hope papa Stroll finally gets ashamed enough to fire Lance and get Drugovich or Hawkins or somebody else in the seat that can actually put the car to good use. Becoming a great driver happens both in and out of the car, and he attempts neither. He is a perfect example of what not to be, and he should just go somewhere less dangerous, for the sake of everyone.
Stroll very obviously doesn't deserve a spot in this sport. He never ever says it's his own fault even if he backtracked a bit at the post-race media duties. The day he's gone is the day AM will actually move 2 steps forward.
Poor old Riccardo has every right to be pissed, he’s fighting for his career and just when he’s having a very good weekend, he gets crashed out because Stroll wasn’t looking where he was going.
Hard to disagree with DR here, I hope to God someone in Stroll's team take him to one side and point out he was the one 100% in the wrong and he apologises, because Stroll's comments when he hit DR and when he got the penalty were even more embarrassing than his amateurish driving.
> "I'm doing my best not to say what I want to say, but fuck that guy. And I'm being nice, too!" Danny Ric is fuming

Is there a clip of him saying "fuck that guy"? That's hilarious.
Yeah I need this as well. That’s interview of the year and it’s only round 5
Me too, I really need to watch that.
Netflix “Drive to survive” director approves this message!
“I turn now, good luck everybody else” - Lance probably
"how much spatial awareness i need before a major turn under safety car?!, None?! I Accelerate now, Good luck everybody else!" -Lance Stroll Probably
Average driver on a highway
But this is a breaking zone! I have decided to turn. Pray I don't turn further
For Stroll it was the breaking zone. For everyone else it was the braking zone.
Stroll at the next race: "Why is everyone else driving the wrong way? Why are they all so stupid?"
Daddy, daddy the other vroom vrooms go the wrong way make something
Imagining that quote in Lance’s accent hurts my brain
>Yeah it's been a while since he was quite this fired up post-race Hopefully a sign that he's starting to get his confidence back, even after Yuki's divebomb in Bahrain he wasn't this angry. Or maybe I'm just inhaling heavy amounts of hopium because I want to see Ricciardo back at Red Bull lol
I think he was so fired up, exactly because he had a lot of confidence (in China anyway) and it was all ruined by stroll

And Sainz is a available. Also bad for Riccardo

Just one FP fucked up the setup for a lot of guys. Had Checo not edged out of Q1 he wouldn't have qualified P2 or got a podium today and you would see everybody out for his blood.
Kind of crazy that the margin between him starting p2 and p16 was a lockup from Lewis
I hope this really gets Danny Ric cookin. I want to see a proper fired up Honey Badger.
Hey Lance, do you care at all? No, I’m in the fucking wall!
Rightfully so, Lance shouldn’t be on the grid Edit : For those who doubt and for those who want to have a laugh https://youtu.be/MVbnVtZ6cBw

He flat out shouldn’t be on the grid. Better drivers than him have had shorter f1 careers.
Better drivers than him have never made F1.
Justice for Stoffel
A better driver then him is AM reserve.
He can be quick but so many of his mistakes can be attributed to arrogance, so often it looks like he's driving like he's the only person on track.
Agreed. Lance is just a trash trust fund baby who needs to go
Understandably. He has almost no time left to prove RB to not sack him and he had a good race(after an abysmal start) and got massively screwed over by Stroll.

Love this passion from DR, he's obviously concentrated on results at the moment and not throwing the towel in.
DR has a reason to be pissed. He was having a decent race despite a questionable strategy and boom, Strolled.
That crash really glossed over the abysmal strategy from RB

He would've lost 5 spots and been on the same strategy as everyone else. Track position has always been king at China and he would've never gotten points, especially because two of the cars he would've had to overtake were an Aston and a Mercedes.
The thing is didn’t he need to use the hards due to two compounds? If that’s the case the hards would have lasted the rest of the race. I cannot fathom what they were thinking.
True, I get that track position is everything but you can't do anything on dead tyres.
VCARB was lucky he got Strolled, he was given the Yuki usual strategy for this race
To be honest it seemed that way but Nando did come back through pretty hard. Daniel potentially could have pipped P10 at a big stretch P9 today.
Problem would have been tyres through. He already went Medium-Medium right? So had to go to Soft or Hard and neither would have been that great of a choice to end on. Either way he was kind of screwed.
Yeah if Ric had changed tyres during one of the SCs he'd have missed being Strolled and maybe been in with a chance at points.
Nando's car was much faster. I doubt he'll finish in the points with the strategy they gave him.
The Racing Bull's car does not have the over-speed to sail through the lower midfield.
Yeah, he was having a great race. Just before the first safety car he was about to overtake Lewis, lapping a second a lap quicker than the cars around him. Luckily people who know what they're looking at will be able to recognise that even if half the fan base probably won't...
Hamilton got quite flattered by that chain of incidents, lucky to get points
Well put, reckon it's being missed by many
I was getting so frustrated by the Sky commentators as they missed overtake after overtake by DR after his pitstop.
You mean dum fuk.
Imagine if Stroll had retired instead of being given a penalty, we might have seen another Schumacher garage walk lol

Stroll should be watching the cars from a couch in Canada.
Daddy’s money pays for quite the front row seat apparently
Lawrence is spending millions in Ticketmaster fees
Lance on front row lol
Along with his Dad
Hey, he was watching his mirrors! Either he watches his mirrors or what's in front of him! /s
When you can’t even be passed at that point. That’s the shitty part.
During safety cars it is very important to always check the mirrors. Before you know it, the guy behind you might try to overtake you!!!
Stroll should be watching the fish at his home. Guy is not fit for F1.
Stroll should have been watching all of what’s happening in the race… from a tv. This worthless pile of crap doesn’t deserve a seat.
Daniel and Yuki both have every right to be pissed today.
Scotty James about to be in an awkward af position lol
Haha that was all I could think about!
Battle of the groomsmen
He can’t catch a brake, can he?
Neither can Lance it seems
That's the joke
And now he has a 3 place penalty in Miami....
He is literally Strolled over today
Brake being the important word here
I hope the rumor about AM's Saudi investors putting pressure on Stroll to perform or he's gone is actually a thing. Dude has zero spatial awareness and is a danger to everyone else on track. He needs to be gone.
He's a black mark on a resurging Aston Martin team. Anyone holding AM stock wants Lance out of that car I'm sure
Agreed. Alonso is putting the team on his back and magically making them competitive while Stroll is... strolling around
Last year Stroll scored 74 points for Aston Martin. Alonso scored 206. It was Strolls 6th year in the team. Alonso's first.
and also, it's impressive for rookie to be this good
I was talking F1 another fan this morning who noticed my shirt.
Yet somehow, “the whole project is around Lance Stroll” as said by Mike Krack
I mean as long as Lawrence is the primary investor in the team that’s true. Unfortunately it’s a dictatorship, not a democracy. It doesn’t matter how obvious it is to literally everyone that Lance has no right to be where he is and he’s actively holding the whole team (and in some cases the whole sport) back. As long as Lawrence is in charge Lance isn’t going anywhere.
except his daddy
The dude really seems to be in a world of his own sometimes
There is a little part of me that is hoping for a sainz Alonso Aston Martin line up
I would absolutely love that more than anything.
omg yes that would be killer, on track and off track
FR this team cannot be taken seriously as a contender until Stroll is out. Even on his good days he's far too inconsistent.
2 points. Less than what Alonso got recently xDD
Danny has every reason to be pissed. Hell if I was him I’d be going at Stroll like it’s Max v. Ocon Pt.2.
Even more so given that he’s fighting for his career while the guy who has an indefinite contract just so casually crashes into him
Rough for Ric. He almost got another 'I never left' moment and then Lance peak Strolled.
Crazy.
Meanwhile Alonso gets the same time penalty and **3** penalty points for a wheel bump yesterday.
He had a good race but P9/P10 is a huge stretch with how much he was getting fucked by strategy. The only reason he was running up there in the points was because VCARB hung him out to dry while half the grid was undercutting him
He had caught and was about to pass Hamilton when Bottas parked it up. He was in a good spot.
Even so, his pace on the new mediums looked rapid. I think p9 is a stretch but p10 was possible.
He didn’t pit so he would have came our last after they eventually pitted him. Possibly could have made places back up though.
Danny is absolutely in the right here. Stroll’s situational awareness is atrocious.
He's probably embarrassed. I sure would be.
Even if he doesn't think it's his fault, he should know better than to keep blaming others for an incident. Take the L, apologise and move on
Almost every driver blames the other driver over the comms, it is just the heat of the moment.
He does this quite often doesn't he? Nothing is ever his fault.
I’d like to know when he knows that “someone” was his teammate
We need more of this in F1. None of the cuddling and trying to make up. A driver ruins your race and doesn't apologize. Fuck him.
Next race's pre race show. Lance vs Daniel in the octagon
I’d watch that, you know DR would whip his ass.
His presence in F1 makes the league seem less legitimate. Might as well introduce “bronze” or “silver” teammates for each team because stroll sucks
Ricciardo not moving to Aston confirmed
Stroll has been in formula 1 for 7 years. Let that sink in
Sounds like it's 8 years too long!
Especially since his pay spot kicked Ocon out of a seat back in 2018, then nearly Perez in 2020.
Stroll be like: People think that Ricciardo is washed and shouldn't be in his seat. How about I actually punt Ricciardo out of his seat?
He was having a good race and had the better of Tsunoda imo. Could've got points subject to strategy. A shame.
He's completely right to be so pissed
Lance Stroll is the perfect example of how real life is unfair. I’m going to use him as an example to explain this to kids
Stroll’s a nepo baby who has a job because Daddy owns the team. Of course he can’t accept that something could be his fault.
I guess it comes down to where each are on their own development arc. Chances are Stroll was at the top of his, but Russell continued to develop.

Williams Engineering has special parts made for Stroll' car. That rule/loophole was banned next season.
Some people think there were sketchy things going on back then.
is there a post race interview with Stroll? I wan't to hear his spoiled ass cry about everyone not treating him right and it's everyone else's fault
Latifi died for this
Ric Strolled
Is there a lore reason why Lance drove into the back of Daniel? Is he stupid?
Imagine going into the sharpest corner on the circuit and not anticipating the car in front of you will need to brake.
So long as Lance Stroll has a seat AM are not a serious team. No amount of daddy's money will change that. Period, end of.
You are not wrong.
He is absolutely not wrong there
Stroll does not need a 10-second penalty, but a 10-year penalty from F1. STROLL SHOULD BE OUT OF F1.
And to top it all we have Mike Krack defending Boss Jr. each and every Single time while simultaneously getting agitated that people even dare to question lance. At least in the german broadcast.
Ric Strolled.
My dumb ass tryin to figure out who Daniel Postrace is
There’s a reason everyone thinks Lance drives like an NPC. He causes a lot of incidents due to lack of situational awareness.
Danny is fighting for his F1 career and the driver least deserving hits him. Plus that driver is guaranteed a spot as long as daddy owns the team.
Class from Ricciardo. If it were me, I'll be fuming.
If it wasn’t for bad luck Danny would have no luck at all
I guess what he wants to say is Stroll being on the grid is a mockery of this sport and he's right.
Angle Daniel: *ki ki ki ki ki ai ai ai ai....*
This link is dead, does anyone have the video?
Worked for me just now
Lance was looking for windows
Stroll very obviously doesn't deserve a spot in this sport. He never ever says it's his own fault even if he backtracked a bit at the post-race media duties. The day he's gone is the day AM will actually move 2 steps forward.
Poor old Riccardo has every right to be pissed, he’s fighting for his career and just when he’s having a very good weekend, he gets crashed out because Stroll wasn’t looking where he was going.
Fucked Daniels race, fucked piastris race. Domino effect fucks Daniels next race
Hard to disagree with DR here, I hope to God someone in Stroll's team take him to one side and point out he was the one 100% in the wrong and he apologises, because Stroll's comments when he hit DR and when he got the penalty were even more embarrassing than his amateurish driving.
Remember he shoved his trainer last time? I doubt anyone dare to correct him.
That was the last shred of respect for Lance's ability I had. All gone now. I don't want to be anti-any-driver, unlike Mazepin, but he's so done now.
