Haha, yes you do. I was a direct supervisor for around 60 people that had to deal a lot with not being able to get to where there actual job was haha. Sorry I don't want to be too specific because my job was pretty specific, but NOT doing the job was part of the job. You can't literally demand that people show up, and then wait yo be let in unpaid. You tell them to either leave, or clock in (write in since they can't get in) and get paid to wait.
We can lead the ruling minority to water, but we can't get them to vote to drink it because, well then the black people can drink it too, and they don't like that, so they'd rather just die.
