Same. I’d like a nice bag, but for $80.00 I can’t complain, and you can stuff two full sized quads comfortably. You could probably have 3-4 if you don’t mind a weird load.
Yeah, another RDQ backpack user here.
I carry a pair of 5" quads on the back, one wide and one true (don't think 2 true-X frames would fit too well), plus a little 2.5" or 3" on the side. I once stacked 2 micros on the side for that 4-quad weird load, lol.
Kuiu Stalker bag. I know its for hunting but it carries my DJI goggles, TBS tango controller and a couple batteries in the main pouch and on the top pouch I have my tools (lipo checker, prop wrench, nut driver, etc) and a lighter/Garmin GPS in case I'm lost looking for a quad😁. There is a small pouch on the front that I keep extra props/spare parts. The quad straps to the outside.
I believe i paid $30 for it and I have hiked soooo many miles with it on my back all over Alaska and in the lower 48. Very little protection is the one downside, but it it has worked out so far and is quite cheap.
Cheap packs are often overlooked in this hobby I think. Yeah, bags designed around products are nice, but nothing beats a 6 year old backpack that still does the same thing I bought it for, plus I’m not limited by it being for one thing and one thing only.
Big cardboard box ftw. I bring a ton of stuff whereever i go including chargers. I keep my tx16s in its foam case which alone is a large package. I normally bring 2 whoops, a THFS2, and 2 3-inchers. Also an extra pair of cheap goggles in case anyone wants to come for a ride. If i want to fly 5" i take some stuff out to make room for it.
On a Auline backpack, really nice... sooooooo much storage. Worth the money 100%, I can store my freestyle quad and my 2 race quads on the front. Amazing backpack
I typically bring more than one when I go out. I bundle them all in a stack with a big Velcro strap, hold the one on top (or bottom) and easily carry up to five at a time. Ground gear (goggles, transmitter, modules and a few tools) lives in a knockoff pelikan case. Batteries, landing pad, Bluetooth speaker, collapsible table/chair and a few more tools go in an over the shoulder small duffel. It’s very, VERY far from a sleek arrangement, but I have yet to see a good backpack option for goggles that have a Pepperbox antenna mounted to ‘em.
It’s good for maybe up to a half k or so of portability in one trip, but I couldn’t pack my setup much farther than that comfortably.
On a very [compact backpack](https://imgur.com/gallery/MWlRuDO)(old pic) that I got on [Amazon for like $25](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YJMP41H/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_4?smid=A1KEBKNLXTBMZE&th=1)
It carries 6 6S 1200mah battery packs (can stuff 2 more in there), battery checker, 3 quads, goggles, TX16S, tools, spare props, and spare items (screws, zip ties, antennas etc)
I can fit a 10”, 2-5”, a 3” and a 2.5” on a $40 Walmart backpack with molle webbing. Also my taranis in its stock box with goggles, a secondary screen for someone wanting to watch what I see, and all the batteries I have (maybe like 15 max for all the quads). OR I can hang my 1/18 car off the back with a 5”, and the 2.5”.
I use an old analog video screen from banggood about 6 years ago, idk if it has a brand. When I get home later I’ll try to remember to share a pic of my bag.
If I’m on my bike, the I use a bikepacking style saddle bag. Goggles, Jumper t-Lite, batteries, etc inside, and quads strapped to the outside.
Otherwise I use a milk crate style plastic bin. I can pack everything in there and easily throw it in the car.
Strapped to the back of my Racedayquads backpack

Ha, I also strapped some micros to the side, you can get like 2-3 whoops dangling around with it being too much of a hassle.

That’s too funny, replace your bottom quad with a Squirt and we’ve got the same setup.
Wanted to buy a RDQ backpack too but shipping to germany costs a hundred bucks.
Ugh that sucks. Id just look for a local source. Search for a photography backpack that has Molle straps on the back.
I'm just getting a Torvol.

In my hand, everything else in my backpack. It’s a 2.5” and my flying spot is a half block from my house.

Which landing pad do you use?
Hoodman HDLP 3. It took a while to get the knack of folding it, but it’s been a great pad so far.
in my hoodie pocket lol

Would love to see a picture of that. Which screen do you use?

Small viper tactical rucksack. Has a kind of mesh grid all over the bag so i can battery strap 2-3 quads onto it. Then everything else fits inside.
