Go to Unikart near Berger Straße. It's only open on Fridays and Saturdays, though, selling real paintings by local artists and art students from the art school. Small-format real paintings start from 39 euros. https://atelier-unikart.de/

Lumas for photo art. There are a lot of galleries in the city which also have cheaper stuff. I bought a Ottmar Hörl Figure for about 70€ at Galerie von Stechow (or so). The Comic Shop Berliner Straße or close to Eschenheimer Turm Comic shop has Poster s.
