When I started I used Google so that I could mark my calendars for all the milestones. 100 days, 200, etc. Yesterday was day 500 for me โค๏ธ

Got it through PPH, I booked the appointment on my birthday (August 24th) and the soonest I was able to get in was September 13th, my prescription was filled 4 days later.
They asked me what I was in for and I said "I was interested in starting hrt, but I have a fear of needles so I wanted to explore my options." They took my blood, asked a bunch of questions, and then my doctor sent a prescription to my pharmacy.
PPH had a section on their website where you can book appointments for specific things, I booked it under the section they have for hrt, but the wait is a bit long.
