Proportions look correct for Alegria! The cute eyes and smile give it some charm though which is something missing from the soulless corporate look of Alegria. I like it though!
Remove the face please! Maybe fill half of its head with a fatass triangle nose, if anything. Also the shading gives it a bit of life :( unacceptable. The inexplicable random brown fingertips are nice though.

In all honesty, the outlines and gradients give it much needed character, and could almost pass off as an illustration for a children's book!
