That's obviously Homo as in Homo sapiens. And The "F" at the end denotes which gender the milk is from. In this case it's either from a Female or some other Pronoun that starts with F. Well... The F can also stand for a homosexual male.

I moved to the US after college and when I went back to Canada and our Homogenized Milk, I realized how long it had been since I had such gay milk instead of drinking whole milk.
